Pleiades To Earth

Ahhhh yes! I can't even put into words how grateful I am that I channeled this into existence! 

One thing positive about our current state of affairs, for any artist, is that it provides us with a great deal of artistic time to create. 

Recently, i've been using this time wisely, and in doing so, this one turned out really nice! It's super deep and sexy with a beautiful hybrid- fusion of multidimensional bass-centric, deep-tech- electronica, imbued with cosmic, etheric, psychedelic, hypnotic underground beats! 

This is truly a journey and ride worth delving into. In my opinion, it really provides you with the true essence and soul of global dance culture. But hey, I'm pretty biased for saying all this due to the fact that I created it therefore, don't take my word for it... you'll just have to listen for yourself.  

I would like to take this opportunity to pay my respects to Treavor Moontribe & Amani Friend of Desert Dwellers. The last portion of this mix has a few of their tracks from their new Breath Re-Imagined Vol. 3 which added a really sweet ending to the experience. These brothers are simply top notch artist - producers and they did such a beautiful job producing that album. Thank you so much for sharing your medicine and gifts with us gentlemen. I am always so impressed with your amazing talents.

BIO:

Brian Kadmiri (aka) MEDICINE MUSIC, founder of the legendary Remedy SF has been a driving force in the San Francisco electronic music community as an event producer for more than 20 years and a DJ for 10. 

It all started for Medicine Music back in the late 80’s at the inception of RAVE culture. Not only did the powerful sounds of electronic music make a huge impression in Brian’s life, the ideology of rave culture, which is PEACE, LOVE, UNITY & RESPECT was exactly what Brian was searching for his entire life. Having made the connection and finally finding his tribe, Brian fully engulfed his life into electronic music and starting paving a clear path for the future as an event producer and eventually an artist.  

After producing a multitude of shows from the early 90’s to the present day, and booking the most sought after and world-renowned  artists, it was inevitable that the universe provide the passion and the necessary tools for Brian to begin DJ'ing and producing music. 

After a beautiful run in the nightlife industry and having a series of profound "spiritual epiphanies", Brian shifted his perspective, moved to the mystical, magical, and magnificent root chakra / vortex Mount Shasta (as a result of being called), and began looking into alternative realms of music and dance which were more healing based. Conscious Music Festivals & Ecstatic Dances for example. 

Since then Medicine Music has created, and is the founder and resident DJ of the successful Saturday monthly event OM Garden. He's also traveled the US and has shared the stage with world class talent.

What sparked his interest in sound healing was the day he came across the incredibly influential movie The Music Never Stopped. 

Based on a true story and an essay titled The Last Hippie by neurologist Oliver Sacks, The Music Never Stopped is an effectively emotional look at the power of music therapy to trigger memories lost after brain surgery. Using powerful music and abundant songs from the '60s to bridge the generation gap between a father and son estranged by time and a severe medical condition, the sentimental pull of the film was hard to resist as showed the importance of how music has the ability to heal.  

It proved to Brian by watching this film and doing his own research that music is medicine and certain sounds, vibrations, hertz, waves, tones and frequencies are magically healing and positively life altering if used correctly, with intention. And this is how Brian formed the moniker MEDICINE MUSIC. 

Having such an impact in Brian's life, he started to research ways to incorporate his favorite genres to his sets that are uplifting and powerfully healing. 

Medicine music is a sound healer and alchemist that methodically blends powerful, organic, electronic, rhythmic, and melodic elements from around the world with multiple genres into his soundscapes. 

The healing creations range anywhere from Ambient, Galactic, Etheric, Down-Mid-Uptempo Deep, Organic, Progressive, Tribal House, fused with MesoAmerican Medicine Music, Global Temple Bass & Middle Eastern, Eastern Indian, African, and Latin Electronica.

"There's such a multitude of medicine music genres that I love playing that I never like to limit myself with one particular genre as I love all styles of healing music".
