Cuerpo de Obsidiana" represents the continuation of Andy Martin's debut album, "Antiguos Astronautas", delving deeper into the mesmerizing blend of techno influences and the abstract essence of Latin and Caribbean rhythms, viewed through a futuristic sci-fi lens. The EP draws inspiration from the historical significance of Obsidian, a prominent material in Pre-Columbian civilizations' artwork. The artwork itself presents a futuristic, minimalistic reinterpretation of Obsidian artistry in our contemporary world.

2684, dans un univers dévasté par le chaos, où l’extractivisme et les élites écrasent les droits humains et ravagent les écosystèmes encore vivants. Dans un monde où des technologies inertes asservissent les humains et plongent les puissants dans des guerres sanglantes pour le pouvoir. Mais dans l’ombre une lueur d’espoir, une force intangible et ancienne s’immisce lentement, comme un souffle dans les ruines, un souffle d’espoir, une énergie subtile et indomptable qui s’élève et imprègne ce qui subsiste de vie et de liberté.

Cette compilation est le fruit d’une résidence artistique de 3 jours organisée par Electronic Consortium et Dans La Zone à Rennes.
« Organics Matter » incarne parfaitement l’énergie qui a pu émerger durant ces 3 jours, et plonge l’auditeur·rice dans un voyage aux confins d’un monde SF teinté de rythmiques DnB, de breaks, de groove trancy, d’ambiance ghettos et autres styles futuristes.

Founded by Copenhagen DJ, Mama Snake and LA-based visual artist, Rose Marie Johansen, Amniote Editions is a multi-disciplinary platform yielding wild and wonderful creations. As they ready their next edition, 'DCX-004', they back Australian producer Tred to work his genius under the name, Moloch Horridus.

Under Moloch Horridus, Tred provides a spread of all-powerful pulsers across his four-track capsule, from freaky bops and warm euphoria through to introspective moments. 

At it's core, 'Worlds Apart' feels like edgy, heads down electro skanked up with murky sub-bass that gleams with dubstep nuance, a joyful pairing; but it's not in Tred's nature to stop here. The beauty of this track lies in the angelic high ranges with trance and happy hardcore inspired synths injecting a pure lift of emotion. 'Worlds Apart' is a Tred-signature emotional coaster ride.
