Dear Digitalisms,

Today - 21st January 2014 - we bestow upon you a gift, a completely new piece of music from the Vaults of the Digitalism Music bunker in Hamburg called ’Fahrenheit 32!’ Available exclusively for you to play, download, share, burn, cut to vinyl, edit, remix, bootleg, mash-up, the options are endless.

‘Fahrenheit 32’ marks a new direction for us both musically and creatively. It’s not just a milestone on a long journey of ours, but also a peace offering for what’s about to come. In 2014 we want to let the music and creative side of our work take the forefront of our image, which unfortunately means that you will be seeing a less personable version of us, especially in light of how much time we will spend in the studio. We chose this route because for the first time, in a long time, we found ourselves in one of the most creative periods of our career. Over the past months we have been writing music for ourselves and also for other artists, we remixed and re-edited our peers and DJ’ed some of the best shows throughout our 10 year career. So it seems fitting to let all of this have a face and image of its own, whilst our own faces are busy programming, sequencing and staring into computer screens. 

‘Fahrenheit 32’ represents the start of this new creative era, so please treasure this music and enjoy it as much as we did making and playing it, as well as hearing it on BBC Radio 1, Triple J and KCRW in the last few days. It’s a moment in time, our time - 2014.

Christopher Milo AKA DJ Three, has been an important figure head on the American underground dance movement since the 1990s.  Contributing to production projects like Hallucination, Second Hand Satellites and Montage Men, as well as becoming one of the most trusted and musically knowledgeable DJs on the circuit, DJ Three continues to move and inspire the most discerning crowds across the globe.  Hailing from Pittsburgh, and growing up in the fertile period of post punk, industrial and early house and rave sounds, Three has held residencies in Florida, Twilo in New York, and regular spots for Fabric in London and the legendary Wicked parties in San Francisco. Michael Sanchez aka DJ MEXTC, born on February 1st 1980 in Pomona, CA grew up in Miami, Florida has been musically inclined since childhood. Before attending and graduating college, he plunged deep into the electronic music scene as a Florida Raver and DJ in the early 1990’s until now. Sanchez, with his first set of turntables at 17 took mixing to new heights rocking ultimate bass tech/house sets. As the music and way to provide the music evolved DJ MEXTC began to go from analog to digital style mixing. Globally inspired, Sanchez has a pure love for all styles of electronic music(with a special love for House and  Techno) fine tuning the connection between him and the dance floor he is always looking and exploring new sounds for a funky blend of mixes that are profound!
     During the early to late 1990’s-2010 Sanchez began to DJ at local bars, clubs, and parties all throughout Miami, South Beach, Coconut Grove and internet radio.  This gave him a universal perspective on a multicultural magnitude to blow crowds minds on a constant and seamless journey through extreme sound. Euphoric Souls Productions he developed in the 90’s as a platform to take arts and music to the next dimension. Sanchez also produces Unique Mind bending live tracks infused with bass and funk along with magical melodies since 2004.  Moved to Pittsburgh PA in 2010,to explore new beginnings of sight and sound, Sanchez is currently impacting the scene as a DJ/Producer entertaining, mixing sets of funky fresh full of bass HOUSE/Techno as well as other electronic musical genre’s at Clubs, Bars and Electronic Music Festivals in the Mid Atlantic and East coast regions.
