Jahrelang tanzte Karl zu treibendem Techno – bis er sich entschied, die
Perspektive zu wechseln und selbst hinter das DJ-Pult zu treten. Seitdem
zeigt seine Karriere steil nach oben. 2024 spielte er sein erstes Set für den
landesweit bekannten Podcast Aka-Tapes, und kurz darauf holte ihn
Labelgründer Tony ins Team. Gemeinsam kuratieren sie nun die äusserst
erfolgreiche Sammlung elektronischer Musik, die mittlerweile auf über 300
Episoden angewachsen ist. Mit weiteren Podcast-Releases und Auftritten in
der ganzen Schweiz fand Karl schnell seinen Platz in der Szene. Ende 2025
startet er mit seinen ersten internationalen Gigs.
2024 gründete Karl die Partyreihe Basskompass und seit 2025 ist er
Mitglied des wundervollen Labels Sippengold. Er beschreibt sich selbst als
laut und lustig – und genau so sind auch seine Gigs. Wenn er in deiner Nähe
auflegt, solltest du dir seine verspielten, energetischen und mitreissenden Sets nicht entgehen lassen.

We’re excited to share with you the last set recording of the day program on Day 4 Flows Festival 2025! This one is from Doubljuh from Deep Stories, who filled up the Levant floor at the beach with his infectious disco and oldies goldies grooves from 14.30 to 16.00. 

It was a hot sunny day and people were dancing all over the place - some even in the sea - when Doubljuh took control of the afternoon party.

Ich (Soundmuffel, 1989, Tirol) hatte schon mit jungen 13 Jahren meine Leidenschaft zur Musik entdeckt. Damals waren es funky Break-Beats, zu denen ich gut abtanzen konnte. Nach einer Schulterverletzung 2008 und somit dem Ende meiner Tanzkarriere musste eine neue Beschäftigung her. Da mich Musik schon immer magisch angezogen hat und ich auch schon Klavier spielen konnte, fiel die Entscheidung eine DAW anzuschaffen nicht schwer. Ab dem Zeitpunkt begann meine noch fortdauernde Reise in die Welt der Melodien.

Nach fast 7 Jahren Pause ist Micha 2017 wieder aktiv an die Decks gestiegen. In den 90ern hat das Urgestein der Leipziger Technoszene, als „Ditte“ nicht nur in Deutschland von sich reden gemacht. Er war Mitveranstalter der legendären EASTSIDE Partys (1993-2001) und leitete von 2003 bis 2006 den kleinen, sehr feinen Club Molendyk. Im Jahr 2003 gewann er völlig verdient den MDR Sputnik Turntable Days DJ Contest vor 49 weiteren DJ´s. Er beherrscht es wie kaum ein Zweiter, immer das gewisse Etwas in seine Sets einzubauen. Am brillanten Mixing und der Track-Auswahl erkennt man, dass da 30 Jahre Erfahrung hinter den Decks stehen. After a break of almost 7 years, Micha actively took to the decks again in 2017. In the 90s, the veteran of the Leipzig techno scene, “Ditte”, made a name for himself not only in Germany. He was co-organizer of the legendary EASTSIDE parties (1993-2001) and ran the small, very fine club Molendyk from 2003 to 2006. In 2003 he deservedly won the MDR Sputnik Turntable Days DJ Contest ahead of 49 other DJs. He knows how to always incorporate that certain something into his sets like no other. The brilliant mixing and track selection shows that there are 30 years of experience behind the decks. He makes music with the heart for the hearts and souls, which he captures with his “age-appropriate techno”.
