Reckless Mix, Exclusive Guest Mix Representing MTG Get Funk'd on the Linda B breakbeat show

Just someone who has a love for Breaks (almost all breaks but specifically Florida and Louisiana Breaks and Vocal Breaks)...Electro...Trance...Drum&Bass...Dub (the original Dub that was around the Tampa scene from the 90's and early 2000's...not the new Dub that these kids think is the shit)...Trip-Hop...E-Hop...and a few others. Was HEAVILY involved (to put it lightly...no pun intended but pun intended) in the Tampa/Orlando scene from the late 80's thru around 2007 or so...until the scene changed or was forced to change...but this shit is in my blood!!! I guess like they say...Blood in...Blood out!!! Had an iconic and well known house in South Tampa that was called "The House On Stilts"...it was the only house in the subdivision that was up on stilts like a beach house. And if you were in the scene...odds are you've swung thru at some point for one or more of the parties...Lol!!! If so...hit me up and tell me about it...I love hearing the stories because MAN O' FUCKING MAN...THOSE WERE THE DAYS!!! Best times of my life...and I'd do it all over again in a heartbeat...I mean breakbeat!!!

A true Central Florida original, Mike Presley, came onto the scene in 1991. Mike worked as the manager of Daytona Beach's staple record store Atlantic Sounds. Through this position, a 100,000 watt radio station 99.9 FM offered the opportunity to develop a radio show known as "Alternative Frequency". 

Alternative Frequency started to buzz, and local nightclub Coliseum decided to sponsor the show, offering Mike residency.  A decision was made after three years, to leave Atlantic Sounds and dedicate more time to the nightlife and the sounds of the underground.  With experience under his belt, and two partners with similar interests, Mike opened his first nightclub - Madhouse.  As resident DJ, Mike worked with some of the world's top talent.  One year later the group decided to open an additional short lived nightclub known as 3D.

Broadening his horizon, Mike began playing to the Orlando crowd as resident at Ultraviolet and winning two DJ contests in the Central Florida area.  He later moved to the Midwest, and began playing areas in Chicago, Kansas City, St. Louis and Denver.

After a 18 year hiatus, Mike has recently found himself back in the scene DJ'ing events and creating music.  The past genres of music played included a mix of trance, progressive house and break beat.  Mike's current focus (DJ/artist) is primarily breaks, progressive house, melodic techno and  tech house with new original material being worked on.
