After the break, when the melody of Redemption is played with a different synth, it fits perfectly to the track and it sounds awesome, because it's its own thing. But before that, the sound reminds you, that original is faster and this is slow.

This is my own remix of Darude - Feel the Beat Dirtykick Festival mix. Produced with ableton, virus TI2, Nordwave 2, Elektron analog four, Digitone 2, Minifreak and some vsts...The idea came up after a amazing festival in Paris 2 weeks ago. I was searching for a variation of the original song of Darude - Feel the Beat in the years 2000. I had the maxi vinyl of this track and loved it and especially the voice sample. I decided to rework everything from scratch. Every instruments...leads, basses,...layers...but adding also an evolving dirty drum kick all along the track and surrounding the original melody. And it sounds like this...Feel free to comment, like, share and repost ! A lot of work...but an huge pleasure to finish it finally.
