When i'm generally p'd off and my hands are tied, i either get out my head and try to forget it (which never works) or go in studio, jump on the decks for an couple of hours and clear my head, these days as i haven't had the time to do so, i try to get at least 20 mins in on music production, which works a dream.

For those that know bout depression, there are times when you just can't talk to anyone, even your closest, but give you something to do that you enjoy (in my case music) and everything is hunky dory... Doesn't mean the depression went away just your mind has been occupied by a stimulant not unlike a drug i'd say, in my defence, Anyways, to all who may of thought i'm ignoring them, NOPE, i'm deep intrenched is all, i have my good days and bad, but most its just well, DEEP... Hoping the change of scenery will help shortly, in the meantime i still have a productive mind... Enjoy
