This special Remix delivers the best interpretation of the theme of the original song. The dawn and better times are coming in a powerful but melancholic way. Released on bringnewunity, Nick Fetchers imprint this group of producers, DJs and singers came together from the UK, the US and Germany to deliver a true masterpiece. 

Dipping into Progressive House for the first time, ASCENT trusted Nick Fetcher with finishing the remix. The good foundation was complemented by an acid like synth as well as a simple but memorable melody composed with a powerful pluck sound. The fast pace and intense energy builds up into a bass heavy drop. Emma Pettys vocals give everything the perfect balance and a powerful feeling of awakening.

With this remix ASCENT and Nick Fetcher make it clear. The dawn is coming, we are hopeful but still remember our roots. We can make it only together no matter where we are from.

Alex Kogan - Afterlife

Our first original artist Ep of ´23 comes from Argentinean super talent @ditian, known for his output on labels like Innervisions and Exit Strategy among others. He delivers two dark yet emotionally charged rollers ready to melt your brain on the dancefloor. Ditian himself says this EP is about „bittersweet bursts of lucid images in our memory“, and you can really feel that on the first track „Strange Pleasure“. Beautiful tear-jerking melodies alternate and co-exist with more abstract sounds and create this unique mood hard to put into words, but amazing to experience. „Foxia“ is the darker, more dystopian one of the two, with its dissonant lead sounds and drony bass layers. Yet also here the production has a certain warmth to it, that might keep you from abandoning all hope. Or, as Ditian puts it, finding „pleasure in those things that when we remember them, strangely reward us in various ways, moments that have been recorded with an admirable fidelity. Say without speaking, just feel.

Eindhoven-based artist T-FALCON is ready to kick ass and chew bubblegum. And he's all out of gum...

As a DJ, T-Falcon is known for his raw and powerful sets. His industrial, dark warehouse techno sound reflects his love for heavy underground raves and won't stop until the crowd can't go anymore.

As a producer, he is heavily influenced by techno, acid, psytrance, and the harder styles. Growing up in The Netherlands, he clearly grew up listening to old-school gabber hardcore, which shapes his heavy and versatile sound today.
