Im Rahmen der Sendung Electric NightFlight bei RADIO BYTE FM aus Hamburg alle 4 Wochen einen Mix aus unsere DJ Residents und Freunden.

Bomchello begann seine musikalische Reise in Nicaragua, wo er schon als Kind seine Leidenschaft für Perkussion und das Schlagzeugspielen entdeckte. Später kam die Liebe zur Salsa-Musik hinzu und als er 2018 nach Deutschland kam, verfiel er auch noch der House-Musik. Im heutigen Set für Intertronika baut Bomchello eine Reihe von Energien auf - vergleichbar mit dem Übergang von einer ruhigen Parallelstraße zu einer Autobahnauffahrt.

 Mit Musik von Ernesto Cardenal, Robert Owens, DJ W!ld, Paul and Shark, Cinthie, Sweely, Coyu, Saison, Thomas Garcia, Wallace (UK), Disco Incorporated, Traumer, Arapu, ANOTR, Sebo K und Huerta.

A strong contender for dance record of the year, Red Rack’em’s gloriously wonky disco banger was re-released on Classic earlier in 2016. It’s that track that anyone who’s anyone has been bugging us for. After a few months embedding itself into people’s psyches, it returns with two huge new mixes.

First up is the marvellously talented KiNK who is no stranger to Classic, having made a stamp on the label many years ago with his remix of 3rd Face’s ‘Canto Della Liberta’. KiNK has since gone from strength to strength with his productions, accompanied by his extraordinary live performance. He goes in head first with this remix, using some proper techno Wonk and a bass that will make your heart flutter. It is indeed a beast.
 
On the flip, Luke Solomon joins forces with Bristol’s very own Eats Everything and Lord Leopard, a veritable Bristol “Circle of Three”. The Leopard Eats Luke Edit adds an ounce of conformity to the drums and arrangement, without removing too much of the Wonk, taking it ever so slightly into house territory.
 
Overall this is a monstrously Wonky package.

Absolute fire here from Spanish producer @kresy, teaming up with vocalist Javonnette for a sublime, chunky, rolling deep house cut on @enclaverecs. Beautiful production and a sensual vocal make this a masterclass in simplicity and succinctness. Mesmerising stuff.

When Tom Laroye and Yam Who? debuted their impassioned disco cut ‘Hit It Off’ last year it immediately captured the hearts of its listeners. Now, the release is given fresh life for 2019 with a new digital package featuring their Extended Disco Version, and two remixes from legendary Australian selector Late Nite Tuff Guy. Written by acclaimed soul artist Benny Latimore, and made famous my Millie Jackson in 1979, the track was initially translated for the dance music world by Tom Trago. Qwestlife’s take on the record features the unmistakable voice of Teni Tinks, who brings true diva flair to the track. With joyful chorus and smooth production, the duo demonstrate their ability to craft modern disco with traditional analogue techniques in the Extended Disco Version. Late Nite Tuff Guy’s Liberated Woman Remix takes the listener on a funked-up choppy journey, while his Extended Remix has the silky-smooth sound of a 1970’s club classic.
