Club titan HUGEL returns to Defected to remix a 2025 label favourite, ‘Hold Me’ by Hannah Wants featuring ARA. No stranger to the London label, HUGEL’s previous Defected release ‘Coge El Paso’ with DERON and La Payara is quickly becoming a club favourite, hitting half a million streams within four days of its release in March 2025. He now lends his heavy club sonic to Hannah Wants’ ‘Hold Me’ featuring vocals from her long-time collaborator and friend ARA. A personal record for Hannah, ‘Hold Me’ continues to receive leagues of support across major radio stations worldwide, including the US, France, Australia, Ireland, The Netherlands and of course widely across the UK - the track is on its way to a million streams across all DSPs. This remix of ‘Hold Me’ blossomed after the two Defected returnees toured together Down Under, with HUGEL’s hard-hitting club sound marrying Hannah Wants’ emotionally resonant production to create a passionate and percussive club outing built for summer nights.
