In 2003 I was sitting on my PC downloading countless gigabytes of Underground Hip Hop, a sub-genre of rap I had recently been introduced to. Somehow I came across this record called the "Two Headed Dragon" by Binary Star. After thinking it was really dope, I found another record called, "Reality Check." I can honestly say that record changed my life.. Shortly after being inadvertently introduced to a brand of Hip Hop i'd never before experienced, I joined a message board for One Be Lo fans where I could keep up to date with the artist's movements. In 2004-2005, I was a freshman in high school walking around campus bumping SONOGRAM in my Sony CD player. That's right kids, a CD player. It was around that same time I first met One Be Lo at a show at the California Polytechnic University of Pomona. After that show I would stay in touch with Lo every so often via the internet. Years later, around 2009, I get an e-mail from dude talking about, "Let's hoop." With no hesitation, I scooped Lo up from Senim Silla's crib out in LA, and took him to the infamous RC Sports Center in Rancho Cucamonga. I ran five on five with him, my boy D, my brother, and this kid Josh. It wasn't till after that game of five on five that I showed the One Man Army my music. Though he gave my CD a real listen and had some encouraging words for me, I truly believe it was really my jump shot that earned his respect. A little over 10 years have now passed since that day. I've been blessed to have traveled with One Be Lo on multiple tours, including internationally. We've recorded a few songs, played a few games of basketball, and have had countless hours building as brothers in Islam. Though I have known Lo for 10 years, this is the first time I have him featured on one of my songs. "All Natural," is what occurs when you let relationships build organically. One of the biggest surprises in rediscovering the Dynospectrum reel-to-reel tapes was finding a previously unreleased verse from Slug on “Tenfold”, arguably one of the album's best songs. 
While the version that was originally released on the album featured Slug on the hook, it was only I Self Devine and Mr. Gene Poole who had verses. On the original recording, however, Slug ended the song with an excellent verse, as well as some additional commentary to bring the song to a close. Although we've asked, no one seems to recall why the decision was made to release this song without the Slug verse. Now, 20 years later, we are finally hearing this song the way it was originally recorded, for the very first time.

In addition to finding that little surprise, “Tenfold” is also a great example of when re-mixing and remastering a project makes a clear sonic difference. Listening to this new mix compared to the original brings new life to the song, amplifying the textures and the intensity while maintaining its beautifully haunting essence.

As the Rhymesayers Entertainment classic, The Dynospectrum, approaches its 20th anniversary, we couldn't think of a better way to celebrate this milestone than to announce we're finally releasing the full-length album on vinyl for the first time ever!

We dug through the basement archives and unearthed the original reel-to-reel recordings. After blowing off the dust, we transferred the audio and sent it back to mixing, making sure that every eerie note and skull-snapping snare sounded crisp before it was fully remastered, truly bringing the darkness to light.

For those unaware, The Dynospectrum is a long-standing fan favorite in the RSE discography. The short-lived supergroup was comprised of MC's Slug (Atmosphere), Musab, I Self Devine (Micranots), and Mr. Gene Poole and was produced entirely by Ant.

The Dynospectrum 20th anniversary edition includes 3xLP vinyl pressed on black & cream side A/B effect records, with an illustrated 8-panel accordion fold-out poster, all housed in a gatefold jacket with original artwork re-touched by the brilliant visual artist Aaron Horkey.

This special release also includes three previously unreleased bonus tracks recorded during the original studio sessions, plus a free digital download card that also includes the album instrumentals (also made available here for the first time ever!)

You don't mess around when labeling someone as a musical pioneer; it’s a dangerous path to tread. When it comes to the name DJ Nu-Mark however, it’s a safe bet.
As a Los Angeles native, Producer, Turntablist and member of the legendary Hip-Hop group Jurassic 5, DJ Nu-Mark is considered one of the most innovative on the scene. He continually showcases his expanding taste in music through live sets and dj streams where he displays rare covers, multi-track edits and performs his children’s musical toy set.
Nu-Mark ignited his career releasing Kanye West’s debut production with Chicago native, Grav on Correct Records while simultaneously producing the Jurassic 5 EP circa 1996. Nu caught solo acclaim with the drop of his industry celebrated Blend Crafters EP which featured his timeles cover of John Lennon’s “Imagine” and featured production for MF Doom. Nu’s debut LP, Broken Sunlight revealed his innovations into a jaw dropping collection of heartfelt music featuring Aloe Blacc, Quantic, Large Professor, Bumpy Knuckles, A-Skillz, J-Live

Nu-Mark's ongoing “Zodiac Tracks” is further testament to the fact that music is a life blood for this man. With his unwavering adoration of vinyl, the renowned collector pays homage
to pivotal artists by mixing them seamlessly in their respective astrological sign in live Birthday tribute videos. The project has been so successful that, after reaching millions of views, Nu- Mark teamed up with Method Man (Wu-Tang Clan) for an exclusive song to honor all the astrological signs in a song called “Zodiac Killah”.
Nu has a keen eye for musical evolution. Known for his trademark ability to conjure up sounds from the most bizarre of items, including a collection of children’s toys, late night talk show host and producer James Corden enlisted Nu-Mark to take on the role of in-house DJ for the hit TV show –
