Im super proud to be a part of the last 13 years of that history!
I was spinning from 4am until 6.30am so a whole 2 and a half hour journey. Hope you enjoy!

With all the horrors going on in the world around us at the moment I wanted to make a deeper, more soulful, more meaningful mix to try and spread a little positivity at such a negative time.
If this mix can make one person happy today or as one of the tracks say "touch one soul" then my job today is done.

I specifically picked tracks with a deeper meaning or a positive message.

It's a nice chilled vibe, ideal for background music at gatherings or by the pool if you're on holiday getting a bit of winter sun (or if your lucky enough to be  listening from the southern hemisphere and getting some summer sun)

I wanted to do a mix that encapsulates the vibe of the music that really captured my heart and made me fall in love with dance music in the first place.
I have included some of my absolute favourite classic tracks from the past 20 something years of my career in dance music and fused them with current tracks that I wish had been around longer.
I wanted to capture that joyful vibe of London clubland back in the 2000s - I hope you enjoy the mix as much as I did going through old and new tunes and selecting them for you.

almost 3 hours of some of my favourite disco tracks, some original disco, some re edits (be forgiving of a couple of the mixes as the live drums wander all over the place on disco when your trying to mix it together, but its all still pretty tight considering)
Disco music never fails to cheer me up and I think that's what we all need right now with the madness going on around us! 
Blast it loud on a sunny day!
And for any disco purists I threw a bit of Womack and Womack and few other bits in there too, I know their not technically disco but I love it and its all just a bit of fun! :D

Paul Heron has been lighting up dance floors across globe since he was 18. Famed for his cross-genre sets with a deeper, dirtier edge. He seamlessly blends tech, deep, pumping tribal, uplifting progressive house, techno and even disco, creating mayhem at the parties he plays! 
 
His reputation in the UK has seen him secure residencies and guest spots at London’s leading clubs including Fabrics legendary DTPM, Ministry of Sound (Beyond), Brut, A.M, Trade and Orange. 
 
Over the last few years, Paul has been playing for some of the UK’s most exciting clubs, including being a part of the infamous Little Gay Brother crew, playing at some of the UK’s biggest events including Secret Garden Party, Boom Town, Winterville and the XOYO takeover with Eats Everything. 
 
Paul’s 2019 highlights saw him play for; Macho Madrid - part of the world famous WeParty group; International cool kids on the block He.She.They, playing the main dance tent alongside Marshall Jefferson & Kim Ann Foxman as part of Brighton Pride; Mega-brand Elrow @ Elrow Town London Festival, Manchester Pride; B:EAST @ Berlin Pride; CSD @ Polygon Berlin; COX party Milan; the 10th anniversary Diesel festival Madrid, alongside many more events.
He also continued his 10 year residency with LaDemence and played on their annual cruise, from Venice around the Greek Islands with party’s to two and a half thousand people nightly! 
 
Other career highlights include 18 tours of Australia, headlining Sydney’s Harbour Party (two consecutive years), Space Ibiza, Supermarxe, Matinee, WeParty, Folsom Berlin, Aquaplay & Pacha Sao Paulo, The Week Brazil, 5 tours of Brazil, Circuit Festival Barcelona and Avalon NYC. 
 
Over his 20 year career he has taken control of the decks alongside Frankie Knuckles, KDA, David Morales, Boy George, Jake Shears, Fatboy Slim, William Orbit, David Guetta, Peter Rahoffer, FatTony, to name but a few and has shared event stages/ line ups with Lady Ga Ga and Mariah Carey, Peyton, Rebekah Brown, Britney & Kylie.
 
Productions credits include platinum selling artists Empire of The Sun for EMI, The Scissor Sisters “Fire with Fire”, Colton Ford & Ultra Nate for the Peace biscuit label New York, Carlos Gallardo ft Peyton for Blanco y negro, The Noisettes “Saturday night”, re- editing Grace Jones “Hurricane” and Stonebridges “Take me away” for Hed Kandi.
