For the last studio mix of the year, we wanted to do something more special and different from the usual, blending sounds and styles from various years.

We included current tracks as well as older records that remind us of the times when we first started going to clubs, and that helped us fall in love with electronic music.

Oscar Mulder, better known as DJ Perroz, is a seasoned techno producer from the Netherlands with a rich history in the music scene. His journey began in the 90s, deeply influenced by the hardcore genre, before taking a hiatus. However, his love for electronic music never waned, and a thoughtful gift from his wife – a DJ controller – reignited his passion five years ago. Since then, he has immersed himself in the driving techno sound, drawing inspiration from both past and present icons like Buzz Fuzz and Charlotte de Witte.  

Oscar’s music is a reflection of his diverse influences, blending modern techno with nostalgic 90s elements, characterized by storytelling arrangements and a touch of simplicity. His creative process resembles that of crafting a narrative, with each track telling its own story. Despite embarking on his musical journey alone, Oscar acknowledges the pivotal role of Adriana Vega, whose support and belief in his talent led to the signing of his track “Focus and Concentration.” 

His mantra of self-belief and authenticity resonates deeply with fellow artists, as he encourages them to stay true to their sound while continually evolving. In the years to come, Oscar envisions himself performing his music regularly, fueled by his unwavering passion for techno and dedication to his craft.
