DJ Phil DaBeatz was recently recognized by OUT Magazine as a “Top 10 DJ’s You Should Know” for 2012. Grindr named DJ Phil DaBeatz a Best DJ in their 2012 "Best of" Awards; and he holds the Pressie award as Chicago's Best Club DJ (Chicago Free Press). 

Calling Chicago his home, DJ Phil DaBeatz is often credited for being one of the driving forces behind the return of Tribal House Music to Chicago's world renowned house music scene.  There’s no question that the DaBeatz Revolution has taken Chicago by storm!  His music and energy is infectious, creating demand for DaBeatz to spin across cities in both North and South America. Using the decks as his canvas, DaBeatz creates musical materpieces, leaving you with no choice but to “feel the beats.” 

Phil spins deep, dark, and sexy beatz; a HOT mixture of drums, deep bass, multi dimensional layers, and classic vocals. His style, charisma, sound, and look have created a major demand around the world. Working with the crowd’s synergy, DJ Phil DaBeatz is well known for creating dance floor energy and an “upbeat party atmosphere” no matter the venue. Background and Accomplishments:

In 2009, DJ Phil DaBeatz signed with Centaur Music, the #1 global LGBT record label. DaBeatz and Centaur Music released the POPular Volume 2 CD; marketed and sold worldwide and through his website www.djphildabeatz.com.

In 2010, DaBeatz spun International Male Leather's BLACK AND BLUE PARTY with DJ Sin Morera; taking the IML closing party to a whole new level!

In 2011, he made his debut at Chicago’s famed BOOM BOOM ROOM, and Headlined Salvation-London's (www.Salvation-London.com) USA Premiere Party for the 2011 Chicago Pride; taking the reigns and providing Chicago's first Pride Circuit party, featured with DJ All-stars Tony Moran, Tracy Young, Pier Morocco (UK) and Mis White (UK).

By the summer of 2011, DJ Phil DaBeatz took his music INTERNATIONAL and toured South America, headling Colombia's Independance Day Party at Theatron De Pelicula in Bogota! Back in the states, DaBeatz teamed up with CircuitMom Productions and headlined Circuit Mom's Zombie Revolution Halloween Party at the House of Blues with DJ super-star Tony Moran! 

2012 was a year filled with many accomplishments and successes! He has headlined Crobar / Nikki Nightclub's IML and Memorial Day Weekend party, Locoya's I Just Wanna F*cking Dance, Hydrate's Pride Weekend, Gay Softball World Series Closing Party (Minneapolis), Gay Days Six Flags Great America, Atlanta’s Jungle Nightclub, NYC’s Halloween Verve Party, Talbott Street Nightclub (Indianapolis), just to name a few of the venues he took by storm! 

DJ Phil’s past residencies include Chicago’s Minibar Ultra Lounge, Spin Nightclub, Mad Boy Cruises, Circuit Nightclub, Chicago’s Victor Hotel, and Armani Exchange. He has been active with award winning website ChicagoPride.com, part of the GoPride.com Network. Phil has also appeared in campaigns with Regent Media (Out Magazine), Red Bull, All Terrain Marketing, REELing, Macy’s, Nordstrom, Pretty Boy Magazine, and Loyola University.
