Quiet Fire is a one-year Bandcamp and Soundcloud based release project - one track on the last Friday of every month (or thereabouts) from June 2025 till May 2026.
It’s a space for low-stakes experimentation and consistent creative flow: a testing ground for new ideas - and old ones. Expect deep cuts from the vaults, sketches that never saw the light of day, and left turns into unexplored sonic territory.

QF002 is a dark roller - brooding, low-slung, built for grey days and jet black skies. There’s a haunted mood lurking beneath the groove, reverberance, distant echoes, unsettling moments.. It’s one for after-hours, or moments when the clouds just won’t lift.

Things are not quite as they seem. Enter the midnight forest, where wild things dance under the moonlight and the night hums with untamed magic. Brazilian saxophonist Felipe Vieira leads the way.

Deep, moody and restrained QF006 explores late-night thinking and creative discipline. Sitting in the space between obsession and devotion, the track features Charlie Parker reflecting on the hours of study behind mastery:
"I put quite a bit of study into the horn, that's true. I used to put in at least 11 / 15 hours a day".
