Pouya Mc / Dev Master was born in Tehran-Iran on 4th of March.He learnt DJing in Malaysia in his favorite House style.. for making a difference between him self and other djs, He start learning how to arrange music for making professional remixes. Then he began working with Iranian singers also and show the party people his favorite style. His most beloved remix was the old song called "Entezar" by Iranian International singer Andy, which was only played @ his concert and will be in his album also. The instrumental remix of this song was released September 2010 a and had over 13000 downloads in first week and over 34,740 downloads till now(2011). other singles for download were1- Mehrnoosh - Cheshmat Pouya MC Remix (59,569 downloads),2- Andy- Eshghe Avval Pouya MC Remix (59,806 Downloads) 3-Ebi- Navazesh Pouya Mc Electro remix (56,562 downloads).

As Being Professional on mixing the musics Live with amazing style, he Become the Resident DJ of PMC (The Well known Music channel of Iran) @PMC Royale's Events every Wednesday at The 6 Star Hotel Atlantis The Palm N'Dulge (Formerly Sanctuary) From 31 Jan 2011 to 15 December 2012. By now, He has the Program Called Dance Beat on www.pmc.fm and PMC Radio Channel on Hotbird (Same PMC Music's Frequency) which is PMC's Official Radio Every thursday from 21:00 to 00:00.

متولد ۴ مارس ۱۴ اسفند در تهران به دنیا آمد ، او حرفیه DJ در مالزی با سبک مورد علاقه خود که HOUSE بود آموخت و کار خودرا در ZOUK CLUB آغاز نمود . وی ساخت موزیک را به صورت حرفه‌ای دنبال می‌کند و کارهای اول خودرا با ساخت ریمیکس موزیک‌ خوانندهایی ایرانی‌ به سبک CLUBING و HOUSE آغاز می‌کند که آهنگ " انتظار" اندی جزو بهترین ریمیکس‌های ایرانی‌ِ این هنرمند می‌باشد . وی در حال حاضر با نام هنری DEV MASTER در سطح جهانی‌ اشتغال به کار دارد . در سال ۲۰۱۲ وی در مسابقات بهترین دی‌جی ایرانی‌ در خاورمیانه با بدست آوردن رتبه اول در قسمت تکنیک و مفتخر به دریافتِ لقب استثنا‌ترین شرکت کننده در این مسابقات را از شرکت پایونیر شد.
او همچنین در نوامبر ۲۰۱۲ از سمت MTV منتخب به همکاری با WIZI KID در کنسرت وی در دبی شد.
