Enjoy this 2-hour journey originally played live for my Downtemple and Cacao event in Puna Hawaii big island last week! Epic epic night filled with so much raw, passion, loving support. The mix is a range of flavors from ambient to downtempo to trap syle, and even a lil drum and bass (just a lil!!). It's a journey. Embodifest Live Set 1.23.23

This is 2-hour dance journey I played live in Santa Cruz, CA on Sunday 2/12. It was inspired by the passing of a dear one in our community, a medicine woman, a deep dancer and sister. The set has 4 different Tibetan buddhist prayers (Rigzin tracks) weaved in to support my prayer of a safe transition for her. I intended the space to be healing, and a dance in honor of her beautiful life. Tracks by Random Rab, Rigzin, The Widdler, Otz, Mose, Sam Garret, Nomadic, DRRTYWUVZ, etc.

For Ayah - Live Dance Church Set 2.12.23

This is a two-hour set recorded on Friday July 28th for Ecstatic Dance San Jose. This set is very special to me! Perhaps my favorite set so far that I have created. This journey travels from heartbeat to heartbeat through medicine mantra, dowtempo instrumental, into lots of drums and organic tribal to climax with a lil' funk hunters remix. It lands back down into beauty and eventually the heartbeat where it started. It's eclectic. As a reflected on the set after creating it the name came to me.  Underneath it all we're just a beating heart. My suggestion is to set your intention and let yourself be moved by the heartbeats of the set and your own. Enjoy! Heartbeat to Hearbeat Live Set 7.28.23

90 min downtempo-midtempo set played at Downtemple & Cacao community dance event on 12.8.23. Designed to be a journey through yin- both the restful and the slow, as well as the wild, dark, mysterious, uncontainable, unknowable, subconscious. All parts of you are welcome here. Bass heavy, earth-honoring medicine music heavy, with just a touch of wild feminine distortion. ;)

'Distortion' - Downtemple & Cacao 12.8.23

Ecstatic dance set played live in for Portland ED at the Den on May 8th, 2024. Inspired by my full circle journey of having my first ecstatic dance ever in Portland 7 years ago... only to fall in love with the practice and eventually become an DJ. This painting called "Coming Full Circle" by Jenedy Paige.. represents  a time when the pathway clears, questions are answered, circumstances are understand, and my heart swells with gratitude. This is a world-inspired eclectic mix filled with downtempo bass, funk, world, latin, african, house, etc... lots of strings and hauntingly beautiful vocals. I gave the creation of this set over to spirit and this is what came forth. I had such a blast playing for you Portland, enjoy! Thank you to all the artists and creators of this beautiful music.

'Coming Full Circle' @ The Den- Portland Ecstatic Dance 5.8.24

Re-worked version of 'Coming Full Circle' set, played live for the Summer Solstice Gathering in Santa Cruz Mountains June 2024. Eclectic set that weaves together world music, hip hop, bass, organic house, latin edm, jazztronica, melodic hymns, etc. In celebration of this turn towards summer, honoring the sun and our own inner fire!

Follow the Ache. This musical journey is a prayer for all our parts. We love all the pieces of you. This set was created for Santa Cruz Ecstatic Dance on 9.11.24 and was inspired by all the personal growth and healing I am doing in this community, alongside my community. Feeling and healing more and more of my parts and letting more love in. What better way to pray for our parts then to dance with them? 

Deeply grateful to the musicians featured in this set including Iyakuh and Lo.Renzo, Claraty, SOOHAN, Porangui, Savej, Liquid Bloom, Yemanjo, Siren & Seer, eva, KR3TURE, Bachan Kaur, and many more. The last spoken word track which inspired a lot of the set is by Maya Luna with Pattern Disrupt, and is titled "Follow the Ache."

'Follow The Ache'- Santa Cruz Ecstatic Dance 9.11.24

This is a set played live at Santa Cruz' Downtemple and Cacao event on Friday the 13th, 2024. It is a mix of vibes of the downtempo-flavor all inspired by the intention to come back to our own 'oracle at the center' - that still soul place within that guides us and holds exactly the medicine we need. As we move from summer to fall and into eclipse season, I feel called to bring my attention and listening back to Self. In the creation of this set and container I was inspired by by study of the gene keys, Micheal Meade mythology and soul, and astrology. Thank you to everyone who came out for this one! Artists include Iyakuh, MahZeTar, Fat Freddy's Drop, Grouch, Chmura, Alex Serra, Yaima, Pensees, Able Heart, and many more! Thank you to the cacao, the land, the musical artists, and this beautiful community of Santa Cruz that I call home.

'Oracle at the Center'- Downtemple & Cacao 9.13.24

This set was played live for Santa Cruz Ecstatic Dance, "Soularus", on the morning of this most recent solar eclipse, March 29th, 2025. This set is my musical creation and embodied representation of how the eclipse energies have been moving me. It's a prayer for support for all of us finding our way towards deeper alignment with who we truly are and a boost for dissolving the karmic cycles that no longer serve us.

I resonated most deeply with this interpretation of the eclipse- "Uttara Bhadrapada, ruled by Ahirbudhnya, a deep oceanic serpent form of Lord Shiva, is a nakshatra linked to: 
         🔹 The depths of the subconscious – bringing hidden emotions and karmic patterns to the 
              surface.
         🔹 Dissolution of past karma – a chance to let go of cycles that no longer serve you.
         🔹 Spiritual initiation – unlocking deeper wisdom, especially through solitude or meditation.
         🔹 Endurance and patience – a test of resilience before new beginnings.
Rather than being a challenge, these energies are here to break old patterns and guide you toward a stronger, more aligned version of yourself."

My invitation as you listen (and hopefully dance!) to this set is to give yourself to the dance entirely as a prayer for yourself, trusting your body's wisdom to move you towards your own karmic alignment. 

'Uttara Bhadrapada; Karmic Alignment,' - Santa Cruz Ecstatic Dance 3.29.25

This is a potent, 90-min dance journey moving through a wave of the elements from Earth to Ether. It moves Earth > Water > Fire > Air > Ether with songs that invoke the energy of each to support and inspire your dance. 

The theme- Wild Belonging. ...These elements are us are WE ARE these elements. Feel that belonging to everything as you dance, you are never separate.

Wild Belonging Elemental Wave

This is an elemental dance wave celebrating Summer Solstice! It was DJ'd live for my Dancing Freedom Ceremony on June 21st at Skyview in the Santa Cruz Mountains. This musical journey moves from Earth to Ether, working with each element as inspiration, guide, and teacher to help us remember we are cyclical, nature beings. My intention for the set and the ceremony is harnessing the full power of the Sun at this time to help us illuminate our radiance, worthiness, and power. My invitation as you listen (and hopefully dance!) is to Let the Light In. <3

This is an ecstatic dance set played live in Santa Cruz. I put my heart and soul into this set, as a prayer of "Trusting Myself." That is the prayer invitation for all of you listening and dancing as well. Let this journey support a deeper level of trust for you- in your gifts, in your choices, in your wisdom, in your life! 

This journey is eclectic (as always). It starts very slow, and builds. Get ready to traverse of variety of ethnic and cultural landscapes, genres, moods, and vibes. Get ready to sweat! Let the prayer in, let hold you.

'Trust Yourself' - Live at Moonday Nights Ecstatic Dance in Santa Cruz, CA 8.4.25

Fun Sunday morning set from San Rafael Ecstatic Dance! Loved playing for this community. Journey traverses many genres, starting and ending slow and sweet. Injoy!

'UpLevel'- Live at San Rafael Ecstatic Dance 7.13.25

This is the soundscape for a conscious connected breathing practice recorded live on winter solstice 12.21.25. It's 4 rounds of breathing, titrated. It starts with a slow ambient intro, then moves into 4 rounds of breath, concluding with a long ambient integration for rest and meditation. Each round starts slow, then the pace of breathing and music builds-  steady breathing in through the nose, out of the mouth for about 6-10 minutes. Think steadily climbing a mountain to a peak, and then it drops back down to integration for a few minutes before the next round.

I do recommend having some experience in this breathwork practice before practicing on your own. You can always reach out to me and I can direct you to great facilitators of this breath. 

This was recorded live for a women's breathwork ceremony in collaboration with my friend and facilitator Sirena Andrea in Santa Cruz, CA.
