Philip Punzo, professionally known as DJ Punzo, is an accomplished Italian-American DJ, remixer, and video DJ from Philadelphia, PA. Immersed in music since his teenage years, DJ Punzo began his journey at the age of 14, and by 16, he turned his passion into a professional career. Known for his dynamic mixing, high-energy performances, and innovative remixes, DJ Punzo continues to captivate audiences worldwide.

In 2003, DJ Punzo co-founded Digitraxx Remix with a group of DJ's, an underground remix service that gained immense popularity among DJs and music enthusiasts online. His contributions to remix culture remain influential, and Digitraxx is fondly remembered as a pioneering platform.

In 2006, DJ Punzo joined the renowned Drama Squad DJs, collaborating with industry heavyweights such as DJ Pauly D, DJ Biggie, DJ N9ne, Sugashane, DeToto and others. That same year, he became a remixer for Drama Mix & Select Mix/Hot Tracks Remix Service, creating edits that DJs across the globe still spin today. Among his standout works is the blend “Better Off the Way I Are,” which achieved viral success on YouTube, and still gains widespread success for more than 15 years.

In 2007, Punzo co-created Nocturnal, a late-night radio show on Philly's Q102, which showcased electrifying dance, house, and trance tracks which aired on the weekends. He also became a resident DJ at top venues across Philadelphia, including Club 27, Bamboo Bar, and Chickie’s & Pete’s, where he continues to hold a residency.

DJ Punzo’s accolades include collaborations with world-famous DJ BeatBreaker and holding the top spot on Hollywood Hamilton’s Remix Top 30 for four consecutive weeks with his edit of “Mood” by 24kGoldn and Iann Dior.

Today, DJ Punzo serves as the MD and Mixshow DJ for Radio Danz, the world’s premier dance channel based in Miami, FL and PD & MD for EQ Radio. You can find most of his edits on XMiX Remix Service. His show, Nocturnal Vibes, streams globally on SoundCloud, iHeartRadio, and other major platforms, further solidifying his reputation as a leader in the dance music scene.
