"The Feeling That Brought Me Here" is Ackermann's second album. Effortlessly drifting between techno and house, the album eschews his usual EP minimalism in favor of a bold, hookline focused album. Gritty chord stabs, chunky pianos and jacked up grooves dominate the palate, whilst Ackermann's signature sample manipulation fuses deconstructed vocal chops that are used more like instruments or percussion elements instead of being the centrepiece of a song with razor-sharp drum edits and intricate sound design.

While his debut album "Stadium Techno" saw Ackermann's teenage incarnation smugly manning the controls of his 2020s studio (where he is currently known for immaculate mastering and A-List mixdowns) this sophomore collection offers a polished weaponry spanning 3 years of focussed collaboration integrating this adolescent dynamist with the guiding hand of an elder reaching their production zenith.
"The Feeling That Brought Me Here" channels the intrinsic urge of embodied music creation - fiercely somatic, unrestrained, physical, immediate and kinetic. Rogue sketches and intuitive vibe snapshots resist genre constraints to favor a dancefloor defined by polished 'f##k-you' tectonics and sleekly engineered attitude.

From the unapologetic feel-good opener "Good Times" via tougher chord slappers like "Click" or "Alter", a casual techno banger exclusively made with jungle sounds ("Now you know" with Vinicius Honorio), the deep techno bliss of "Noha", the cathartic "Let Go" or the disco infused outro "Gratitude" its all unmistakenly trademark Ackermann productions and all the various styles are firmly held together by his emotion over function approach to music production.

Japanese Techno pioneer Ken Ishii returns to Radio Slave’s Rekids Special Projects with the ‘Autopilot’ EP, arriving 22nd August 2025. It follows his first appearance on the label in 2023, where he collaborated with Dutch duo Kamara on the ‘Powerplay’ single.

‘Autopilot’ kicks oﬀ with an unsuspecting, rolling groove while playful synths sneak up and bounce oﬀ its rhythm. The trip continues with ‘Sunset Flight’, lush chords washing over deep, subby low-end, rising high before delving back into the background while delicious percs play between its pounding kick drums. Closer ‘Grid Bounce’ then returns to mischief, machine-like sequences tumbling over an unrelenting beat, excellently building pressure for maximum dancefloor wonk.

DJ and producer Ken Ishii is one of the founding artists behind the Japanese Techno scene, he debuted on R&S Records in 1993 and quickly rose to global acclaim, releasing on labels like Harthouse, Exceptional, and now Rekids’ RSPX oﬀshoot, while collaborating with artists like Jeﬀ Mills, who remixed Ishii’s 2019 ‘MOBÏUS STRIP’ album on U/M/A/A.

He is also the founder of the 70 Drums label, co-brewer of KIKK IPA, worked on theme songs for the 1998 Winter Olympics and the Japanese government for the 2005 World Expo, and continues to innovate through projects ranging from video game and anime soundtracks to collaborations with Jazz artists.

Raul Young is one of the most promising talents in Hungary’s new generation of techno artists. He has performed at legendary events such as Hyperspace, Bónusz Electronic Music Festival, Sziget Festival, and Balaton Sound/B My Lake. Over the years, Raul has also received international bookings in the Netherlands (ADE, Techno Tuesday Amsterdam), England (EGG-London), Serbia (Drugstore-Belgrade), France (Downtown Factory-Toulouse), as well as in various clubs/festivals in Croatia (Boogaloo, Soundfactory-Zagreb), the Czech Republic (Beats For Love-Ostrava, Exit Club-Brno, Chapeau Rouge-Prague), and in Austria (Das Werk, Jolly Roger-Vienna). His releases are now managed by major labels such as MATERIA / MB Elektronics (led by Marco Bailey), Sam Paganini’s JAM, and the legendary Planet Rhythm, just to mention a few key labels in his career. Raul’s tracks have been played worldwide by some of the biggest names in the industry, including Richie Hawtin, Marco Bailey, Joseph Capriati, Dave Clarke, Charlotte de Witte, Amelie Lens, Sam Paganini, Klaudia Gawlas, Cristian Varela, Karotte, Nicole Moudaber, and Joris Voorn. Beyond his work as a DJ and producer, Raul also organizes events in western Hungary under the Illegal Control brand.
