We’re celebrating spooky season with a new workout mix from LA-based singer-songwriter Sophie Cates (@silver-sphere).

At 24-years-old, Sophie has created a lush, genre-blending electronic-pop sound and racked up a number of cool achievements - including collaborations with @dylanbradyyyyyy and @umru, opening performances for @jeremyzucker and @omarapollo, and writing credits for huge names like @dayaofficial and @flume. Over the past few months, she’s been rolling out her upcoming album SUPERNOVA. Go check out her new single “Certain Light”

In her mix, Sophie shows off her eclectic tastes, from high-energy mashups, heart-pumping club beats and SOPHIE x Fergie remixes.

On staying active, Sophie says, “I try to switch it up in how I stay active, I get bored really easily. So I’ll go to the gym, play pickle ball with friends, walk to the Silverlake reservoir, take a yoga class.  What keeps me consistent with staying active is not putting pressure on it. If all I want to do is stretch, that’s all I’m gonna do that day. Oh and rewarding myself with smoothies too. 💝”
