This is an exploration in the pop side of electronic music, the experience of working with Santos, a rapper from California who is an amazing talented guy, has been a great experience. On the female vocals the great Estefani Brolo who has worked with me for the last 6 years in the studio.

That moment of the year has arrived again and this August, elrow Music is bringing its staple compilation for summer: VA Off Ibiza 2019! This time with a staggering 10 track list, with some of the best and most promising artists in the scene, elrow Music has upped up the ante with this amazing collection of songs. Names as DJ Fronter, Manu Gonzalez and Shaf Husee, Miguel Lobo or Anabel Sigel are just a few examples of the huge talent we have scouted for you, our dearest crowd! Opening up this 2019 instalation of our Off Ibiza compilation, we have our good friends Alaia & Gallo with their 'Check It Out (Original Mix)', a true tech-house affair, with a nice vibe to open up with positive energies. Later on, we have DJ Fronter's 'Chitown (Original Mix)', which change the vibe completely, slowing down and demonstrating with his staple minimalism, that things can be done in a different way in this genre.

Just after it, we have Manu Gonzalez & Shaf Huse's 'Yollow (Original Mix)', in which the team manages to create a progressive and deep vibe throughout the track, breaking into a total soulful madness thanks to those great female vocals, FX and melody treatment. Then, another big Spanish promise, Miguel Lobo, steps up with his 'Change Position (Original Mix)', a track that brings us back to the early 90s progressive sounds, with some acid treatment and a sexy vocal that sets the mood of the track. Finally, closing the comp, we have Anabel Sigel's 'Miss Wallace (Original Mix)', a track in which the Spanish newfound jewel unleashes all her production skills into a real banger, taking her time to build momentum in the track, with great care for detail overall.

I create uplifting Norwegian techno music, driven by a passion for sharing my sound with the world. Born in 1982 near the Arctic Circle, I turned 42 the year I wrote this biography. My trademark style is all about expressing raw emotion—nothing is suppressed in my music; instead, it comes alive.

While my music may be complex and unique, its appeal is universal, and understanding it doesn't take a genius. My oldest tracks are rooted in projects I began when I was 18 to 23 years old. Back then, my focus was on crafting captivating melodies rather than sticking to basic dance rhythms.

The rhythmic component became a part of my work only 3-5 years ago, prompting me to revisit and reproduce my earlier tracks with the help of the riff machine. This tool has allowed me to transform some pieces into vibrant, colorful soundscapes. These tracks have since been improved countless times, and my growing confidence continues to fuel my belief in my work. That belief isn’t just an assumption—it’s a reality confirmed through dedication.

Currently, I’m diving into sequences, an exciting new element in my music. They’re fresh territory for me, and I’m committed to keeping them dynamic and engaging.

Rialdo was introduced to music since he was a child listening to Latin Jazz and soft rock music from the 80’s thanks to his enthusiastic father that was a jazz collectionist. Rialdo was always very musical oriented and always excited for music compositions and instrumental arrangements.

It was not until his teenage years which Rialdo learned acoustic classical arrangements with the “Clarinet” instrument in the National Conservatory of Panama” which he spent a couple of years learning in this institution and/or with private lessons.

Rialdo was then introduced to the world of Electronic Music at the age of 18 when he got together with a grood friend of him Manuel Madarnaz “Kurro”, which was then producing reggae music in his country, and taught Rialdo to compose music using a computer software. By that time Rialdo was already listening to artists such as Robert Miles, Paul Van Dyk, Tiesto and many more so he was very interested in learning, this was the initiation of Rialdo Shepherd as a producer.

In the year 2000, Rialdo and Manuel started producing electronic music and formed the duo “No Boundaries” creating Trance music locally and as a hobby, but it was not until 2003 when the very sad news that “Kurro” passed away and Rialdo stopped producing under “No Boundaries”, but Rialdo quickly returned to production in 2004 as a solo musician.

Rialdo started to play in small local clubs in his country which started to put his name in the spot, but it was by 2008 that Rialdo signed his first track under the label “Istmo Music” from El Salvador with the track “Staring At My Mind” which was very well supported by this Latinamerican record label. Rialdo’s single “Ram-Pi-Lin” was his first single that was released in the album compilation “Hilfiguer Denim Sessions”. Rialdo also signed tracks with other record labels such as Neuroscience, Itzamna Recordings, Istmo Music, BlackLight Records and South Records.

It was not until 2011 that Rialdo decided to expose his work internationally by creating the first podcast show “Dance Nation Podcast” which was the first podcast from the country with a global target in English language. This was very attractive by some bigger names in the Panamanian scene, like “Sergio Mix”, which saw an opportunity to bring this Podcast to a higher level and by 2012 Sergio decided joining Rialdo and help him to accomplish this. This was a great opportunity for Rialdo as well since him, as the host of the show, and Sergio as the marketing staff member, they decided to create an association of DJs for the Podcast and took the podcast to an enterprise level by helping with the evolution of djs and creating big events like “Insomnia” , “Youngsters Festival” and many more.

Rialdo Shepherd by 2012 started contributing with “PTY DJ Academy” owned by Sergio Mix and Sir Robert to teach young and rising djs with the art of mixing and producing.

Rialdo announced along with Sergio Mix and Nigel Mack by the year of 2013 their upcoming album releasing by 2014 which will be Rialdo’s first album.

A promising artist with huge experience, great live performances and powerful tracks makes him one of the most recognized Trance and Progressive artist from Panama.
