Parisian artist Traumer makes his Get Physical debut with a 2-track EP, ‘Triade’, and shows us what sets his own flavor apart from typical deep house.
The Original Mix starts innocently enough, with a slow build warming the atmosphere and setting the tone. We feel a great calm being slowly stirred and whisked the various ambient elements, creating an organic feel and a chugging energy. When the time is right; we break through the clouds and bask in a warm sunlight. A beautiful track that holds itself back exactly where it counts. Now the Dub Pong Mix brings a dancefloor groove to the track, but still staying within the organic realm of the original. An almost jungle-like vibe dominates that track as it slowly pours more and more energy onto the floor. An outstanding mix and track on its own, and a brilliant addition to the EP.

A live mix taken at the infamous Sol Rays club in Daytona Beach, FL during my residency around 1997.  Shout to David Killian, the owner of Sol Rays - a club like that was ahead of its time for Daytona Beach.
