Satoshi Tomiie pushes his all hardware / modular jam sessions forward, this time teaming up with Tokyo’s DJ / modular synth master Rintaro and delivers 2 EPs on Tomiie’s Abstract Architecture and Parisien Yoyaku’s YoY. Featuring improvised tracks recorded in one shot using only physical hardware instruments such as the Eurorack modular system, drum machines, samplers and synthesizers.
