Remixing this track seems a brave thing to tackle Im always going butcher it for someone.  I aimed to stay true to the original vibe while giving it my own spin. The tempo sticks to the familiar 90bpm, focusing on the half step and  bass heavy vibe that strips back the layers. I tightened up the baseline just a touch, just enough to make it fit into my take on the track. Hopefully, I've done justice to it and kept that unmistakable loose funk intact.

Euphony Forest 2024 - Bass Mix

CAYOOTEE (pronounced: Cutie) is a Danish artist, DJ, and producer. Don’t be fooled by the cuteness - she always brings fast-paced, high-tempo vibes, where the bass bumping through your body is guaranteed.

‘I Dream Of You Habibi’ is her contribution to Pana Radio’s compilation: Good Deed Dubs Vol. II. She wanted to combine her love for footwork with her roots and cultural heritage.

The release is available on Bandcamp only, starting on the 1st of November. All the proceeds of the sale of this album will be forwarded to Mellemfolkeligt Samvirke and their efforts in Gaza. The release party will be streamed live through Radio Panini on the 2nd of November.
