3Minds are a trio with roots from the island of Ibiza. It is there that they nurtured a deep passion for house and techno, experiencing the magic of what a loud system can do in clubs, such as DC10, from an early age. 
Made up of brothers Joshua and Fabian Coles, with good friend Harvey Beach, they all three had early careers playing out in small venues and grass roots parties on the island. 

They have since taken their sidestepping grooves to London, where they have showcased their talents at various venues. One particular event at iconic club, The Cause, had them shaking the walls at the strike of midnight for its last party on new years eve.

When it comes to dance music, these three know it’s more than just about clubbing, it’s a family affair. With familial ties to the pioneers of tech-house, there are few who have grown up with such an intimate and inimitable understanding of what dance music can do. 

Make people move together, just like they do. Better than one.

Last week's Ode to Nat at Wiggle was a moment of pure and electric bliss that wholesomely reanimated the original spirit of Wiggle as it did the ethos of its dear, late co-founders Nathan and Lou. Their contagious grins could be felt filling what remaining space was left between the dancers. I arrived exhausted after an 11-hour door-to-door journey from Romania, but the energy from all the faces, familiar and new, quickly swept all that away. Unsurprisingly, Fabian and Josh clearly have it in their blood to pick up the baton from their parents under the guidance of Terry. Everyone who I heard played impeccable sets, but I'm just gutted I didn't get to catch the boys with Harvey under their 3 minds alias earlier on, but I heard it was on point as ever. Wiggle is back, and long may it thrive! Oi oi!

Darween is part of the collective Automatic Writing in Paris together with Jacan & Guillermo Jamas which in turn are the representation of emerging artists in the Parisian scene. 

One could say that my relationship with them started as merely professional but it is surely deeper than that. Having facilitated bookings to their events caught my attention as, like me, they too have a great diversity in their musical taste, they go from Nicolas Lutz to Ion Ludwig to Akufen, an identity which is totally in line with ours at Toi Toi. 

With that said, it is with pleasure that we offer our platform and welcome Darween to present us with this amazing set.

Rob Pearson is a London born and raised electronic music artist, now relocated to Yorkshire UK. As a producer Rob's racked up well over two decades worth of releases, with a vast amount of engineering and production credits on hundreds of records to his name. Rob's involvement as an exponent of the early London Tech House scene in the late 90s has seen his own tracks being released on an array of well-respected labels including Fabric, Toolroom, Wiggle, Plastic City, Reverberations, and Swag Records.

More recently Rob has signed material to Guti & David Gtronic's Personality Disorder imprint and released on other respected labels including Real Deal, Bosh, Cue, and Woodwork. Collaborating with studio partner Paul Donton has seen Rob release four artist albums signed to Bombis Records and Orlando Voorn’s seminal Triangle.Records imprint.

As a DJ spinning underground House and Techno, Rob's record bag is well travelled and he's performed in many parts of the world including the United States (Miami WMC), Europe (ADE Amsterdam, Barcelona, Prague, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovakia, Germany) as well as all over the UK, with regular London gigs in pretty much every venue of note. Expertly covering the ground from deep, dark and tripped out House to slick, seductive and groovy Techno. Whether headlining or supporting, his sets are always eagerly anticipated.

Rob’s launched his ‘Evasive Records’ imprint in 1999 which is held in high esteem having released over 30 (now highly sought after) vinyl releases, later leading to a steady output of digital EPs. Evasive is enjoying a resurgence with Subwax (Barcelona) repressing Rob's classic Tech House back catalogue from the early Noughties, as well as licensing to Nicola Cruz’s album as part of the hallowed Fabric compilation series.

If the true test of any DJ, producer, and label owner is support from their peers, music buyers and packed out dancefloors, then Rob Pearson has proved time and time again that he excels at every aspect.
