It's March, 27th, 2012 // 3:14pm L.A. time // I'm in my homestudio in Weilerswist (near Cologne, Germany)
This is relaxdaily track N°044. It took me just one day to create it (Well, I don't count here a couple of approaches that went into the recycle bin between the last finished track and this one.) But after 7 months focussing on „relaxation music“  I think I get more effective at creating these. I'm still on a journey to find my sound. I want it to be a mixture of „cinematic“, calming and relaxing, being not too boring to listen to, while also never distracting, when people use it as „music to study to“ or as „work music“. I want my music to bring a little bit peace in your life. We often forget how beautiful life is (or can be) on this planet. We must remember each other from time to time about that. Please don't listen to the garbage in the news (TV, web, paper). Yes, there is some shit out there. But we tend to over emphasize that more than it's healthy. Since I reduced reading „the news“ dramatically, I'm a happier person. You might try that too. Use the time for enjoying all the small wonders of YOUR life. 
I hope my music can communicate some kind of peace and beauty to you.

PS: I believe this track can, due to it's character, work well as music for meditation, music for yoga, music to cool down after workout, also as work music, music to study to, music for homework, also as background music for multiple purposes, e.g. for the rest/coffe/tea/lounge area in your office (only for cool workplaces – speak to your boss, if you don't have some kind of chillout space at work). It can work as massage or spa music in professional facilities, as well as at home.

Slow Piano music with a cinematic, peaceful and positive feel. Due to its calm, soothing, tranquil, but also inspiring character, this relaxing background music instrumental, combined with beautiful views of Switzerland's mountains around Engelberg, can be a perfect fit for your relaxation, spa, mood music, study music, yoga, or even meditation music playlist.

How you use the music, is up to you. It's broadly known, that nature can have profound positive effects on us humans. At least I myself feel that way, when I am at a beautiful place like in the mountains, or at beautiful coastlines. This is why I decided to capture a nature scene like this and combine it with my music. Technically, I created this whole piece, like you see it, within 7 days, starting with climbing the mountain and shooting footage of the landscape, then getting inspired for a tune, then creating, recording and mixing the music, while editing the short movie.

I hope I could communicate some of the excitement, but then also some of the deep relaxation, which I feel when I am in the mountains.
