It is now 20 years ago, Diego Irasusta and Mariano Caloso released the album “Versátil” - which incorporates this dance floor classic about cruising the city with a “perfect radar”.

The track became an anthem of the gay community from day one and continues to roam the Latin American South's sound systems and dance floors and beyond.

Over a rhythm that incorporates hard rave piano stabs intertwined with a soft vocal melody reminiscent of Patrick Juvet’s “I Love America” we hear the singer narrating a walk, open to find someone, exchanging looks, stopping - in a city you might not see again, inventing a name for another anonymous meeting. 20 years later, remastered and refreshed by remixes that are homages, new versions that are love declarations to a sound reverberating from another time and another world.

Continuing with the celebrations of their 25th. anniversary as djs and producers, DJs Pareja continue to deliver remixes of their most iconic songs, this time reviving their downtempo pop classic "Nuestros Trajes." This new EP of remixes, released on their own Multinacional label, has already landed on all streaming platforms and digital stores.

"Nuestros Trajes" is a song from their 2009 second album "Marcha," sung by Mariano and featuring the beautiful participation of Argeninean musician Leo García on guitar. The EP includes two refreshing 2025 remixes in a LATAM house style and aim to the dancefloor, one by Mexican producer and dj Don Esquivel, and another by Brazilian dj and producer DJ Hermano. The EP is completed with the original album version.

2023 re-release of “Spanish is Beautiful”, the EP previously released only on vinyl on the British imprint History Clock back in 2011, is now available here as well as on all digital streaming platforms.

The EP contains 4 tracks, the already classic “Spanish is Beautiful (Original Mix)”, which was also part of our second techno pop album “Marcha” from 2009, and a remix by Chilean dj and producer Alejandro Paz , which provides delicate acoustic guitars and Balearic vibes.

Now re-released on our own @Multinacional label, the EP also includes two other original tracks, “Pampa Moon” and “Psycho Rhythm”.

20 years ago, our first CD mix was released on Discos Discos, Argentine label run by Gary Pimiento. Recorded live at our friend and dj Romina Cohn's home bedroom, using two Technics 1200 turntables, a Denon CD player and our Gemini mixer with sampler that we still have. This 34 minute mix is proof of our love for ambient, but mixed with pop songs loops that we've always loved. It contains samples and tracks by Alva Noto, Bee Gees, Gas, Culture Club, Fairground Attraction, Oval, Frankie Goes To Hollywood, Harmonia 76, Stockhausen, Madonna, Porter Ricks, Shirley Bassey and Snd. It’s the first time that it is available on the internet and via Bandcamp.

After the release of the original version on Argentina queer label “Loca Rec”, iconic DJ duo and music producers Djs Pareja (Cómeme, Turbo, Maximum Airtime) are proud to present the Shorts’ Boys Remix of their pumping house track “Outfit”, this time released on their own Multinacional label.

Boys’ Shorts @boysshorts are a Greek DJ/producer duo comprised of Vangelis and Tareq. Their hyped, dance-ready dj sets blend elements of disco, slow techno, and acid house into a unique and distinct sound. They’ve released on labels such as HE.SHE.THEY, Polari, Permanent Vacation, Correspondant and Phantasy Sound. They’ve also done remixes for Alison Goldfrapp, Boy George, Hot Chip, Lena Platonos and Fischerspooner, to name a few.

Here they deliver a speed up version taking the intensity up yet again and playing with the “I love your outfit, can you tell me where everything is from?” sample and loops. An uplifting celebration of rhythm and energy.

In their own word: “We fell in love with the original from the first listen. We knew we had to dive in, play with its energy, and reshape it with our signature Boys’ Shorts twist.”

Djs Pareja have been integral in defining the new-school of South American house and techno both as producers with releases on Cómeme and Turbo Recordings, and as ecstatic djs playing all over the world.  

Djs Pareja are a Buenos Aires-based duo of djs and producers who have played in the most important clubs and festivals in Argentina and all over the world since 2000, taken their personal and eclectic style wherever they go. Core members of the amazing Cómeme record label run by Matias Aguayo, the duo have been integral in defining the new-school of house and techno made in South America, fostering what is now one of the most thriving scenes in the world.  

They have toured Europe, the USA, Canada, Australia, Mexico and South America on several occasions. They have also been hosting their club night Fun Fun, an inclusive and queer-friendly party for over 10 years, which has become a staple of the city’s underground scene.

They have done remixes for Little Dragon, Justin Robertson, Alejandro Paz, Steve Lawler, Gui Boratto, Matias Aguayo and Ibiza Pareo to name a few. Apart from their productions for Cómeme, they have also released music on Tiga’s Turbo Recordings as well as on labels such as Huntleys & Palmers, Honey Soundsystem, Do The Taboo, Permanent Vacation, Maximum Airtime and Muy Muy Limited Records.
