DJ #samuelONE3's B-side track for his new, hot EP Neon Terrace. He dubs this song as the 3am energy hitter of his ''journey through the nightclub''. This track has withstood the test of time, having been in the vault for about a year, and has appeared many times on his Pulsewave Sessions. This track has had 4 different names for it, the first known one being 'Visions', the original name, then it appeared in some tracklistings 'Thumper' referring to the bassline, Afterwards he started referring to it as 'A Trip To Tongwell' saying the melody reminded him of the Milton Keynes suburb for an unknown reason. Finally it was changed to 'A Trip To Tongwell (Visions)' saying it was a mix of his earliest version and new refined versions.

Originally broadcast on 30 October 1993, the Essential Mix features contemporary DJs and music producers of electronic dance music. The show has been presented since its inception by Pete Tong and features an uninterrupted two-hour mix from a different artist each week, overlaid with occasional continuity announcements delivered by Tong. With a broadcast run in excess of 25 years, the Essential Mix is one of the longest-running programmes in the current BBC Radio 1 schedule, and is one of very few Radio 1 shows which is not broadcast live.
