Awesome work man, this music has been playing in my head since the TI8 Cosplay Finals.

2015 saw Stephan Bodzin release his second full length, “Powers of Ten”, as well as a new single on DJ Tennis’ and Tale of Us’ taste making label Life and Death. The album is another magical piece of work that focuses on melody and rhythm, on fat bass and vivid sound design and is a truly captivating journey through the mind, music, body and soul of one of dance music’s truly modern greats. After its release, a great team of modern music makers was enlisted to remix tracks from it: Maceo Plex & Shall Ochin, Fur Coat, Extrawelt, long time musical sparring partner Marc Romboy, Pan-Pot, Max Cooper, Agents of Time, Dominik Eulberg and many more all contributed to what is an essential collection. With a remix of ‘Sleepless’, a Pan-Pot track from their latest album, Stephan Bodzin closed the latest chapter of 2015 in what has been an exhilarating musical journey in his capable and creative hands.

Dota 2 Reborn DnB Remix

In 2017 Shambhala was threatened by rapidly spreading forest fires. On the Forrest Stage, during my ELPHNT SET, I proclaimed it “a rain dance” in hopes to put the fires out. Many evacuated as word spread that the last day might not happen, but late into the night, after my set, it rained!

The mix you’re listening to is my WOLF SET from the Village Stage on that last day. At the end of my set, on my very last song “Feel the Love”, it started raining again! The timing was incredible. The mood was euphoric. 

Without a doubt, this was one of the most magical experiences I’d ever had DJ’ing. There are a few clips online that really help paint the picture of what you hear. 

Thanks to the Shambhala posse for always showing me so much love, shout out to Mother Nature and all the Wolves that got down with me that night!

In the late 90’s, DJ Sandman (Nathaniel Blue), joined Dynamo Entertainment a major name in the Seattle rave scene. He has played along side many of the best DJs in the world including Armin Van Buuren, PVD, The Crystal Method, Darude, Cosmic Gate and many others. He has held residencies with Element Nightclub, The W Hotel, The Last Supper Club, C89.5FM in Seattle. His DJ sets have taken him to clubs all over the US and Canada. By day he works at Valve working on Steam, sound design and creating music for video games.
