Sarcastro & MC Caesar - Live @ DnB Noize (2009-Sep-24)

Drum and bass DJ/promoter from Ottawa, Canada and owner/webmaster of a few jungle/dnb/bass-centric websites.

Sarcastro was introduced to the sound of drum and bass in the late 90's when he heard Photek's Modus Operandi played at a party and soon afterward could be found listening to dnb/jungle nearly 24/7. To the horror of his neighbours, he began buying bigger and bigger speakers to get his fix, eventually grabbing himself a set of decks.

Now with loads of gigs under his belt, including residencies with Konkrete Jungle Ottawa, Soulselecta, B.H.C., Sounds CRMNL (and more) and hosting a weekly show for years on the UK-based DnB Noize, he's worked hard to make his mark. 

While leaning towards the harder/darker end of the drum & bass spectrum (neurofunk, techstep, etc.) he's been known to drop a bit of liquid, jump-up, ragga and more into his sets. Lately he's shifted focus towards learning new web development skills to promote drum & bass music online.
