The hardest thing I've ever set out to do........Remix the ultimate house anthem.....it took weeks of work, I've listened to every single remix of Insomnia I could find, absorbed the best and well and truly forgotten the worst!!!!! ........this is my best attempt at a justifiable version that is able to stand up to the LEGEND...........I hope it does that xxxxxx

Another example of some good ol' family music jamming, recorded one night at our Montreal home around 2018. With uncle Moss on guitar & vocal, dad pickin' and taking the guitar solo (at about 1:18), and me on the harmonica (at about 3:10). I believe this was the first time dad had played this song, and it was both the first time I'd heard it, and the first time I'd really played harmonica in front of them (based on the reaction!). 

Listen to my uncle cleverly recover from forgetting the words at around 4:04. And that's my mom, feeling good, singing along, mixing up the chorus, chatting here & there, doing her famous whistle at the end, and making me smile every single time I hear this.

Now 18 months into this amazing journey, the DJ in me is free again and the realisation that I produce to play live is sooooo cool, exciting and definitely a humbling learning journey!!
 A writer/ producer since Dec '23 after 22 yrs away, I'm once again exploring and celebrating my love of electronic music in all it's beautiful and diverse forms. I genuinely hope my inspirations and influences are reflected in my original tracks and that my remixes are a respectful representation of the originals and above all do them justice 🙏🎚️🎛️🎧 
I write mostly in one session as I love the rawness. (NO AI used)....I genuinely try to capture a moment, a feeling and 100 percent emotion.
 ........It's just sticking sounds together they said !!!!!............they were right, I'm finding the joy and learning is in making the sounds in whatever way fits the vibe!
