I played an opening set at Sunday Night Mass on Labor Day weekend, also my birthday weekend, and on D-Lav's birthday! Endo, D-Lav, Phatrix, and Justin REM played fantastic sets that night. I had so much fun playing an opening set. This is a recording of my set.

A recording of an opening set I played at my friends art studio Green Door Studio for their First Friday event on Dec. 1st 2023. This night is special for me because my husband Dillon and I got a beautiful abstract painting by the talented Steve Sharon that night that is now the centerpiece in our basement. We also got the incredible collaboration piece Scottie Raymond and Will C created "One Night In Love" a graffiti art inspired piece created for my friend Grant Burton's DJ set at Higher Ground (a phenomenal set btw). A painting that now lives above our bed. I love my friends art, and this is my little piece of art I contributed to that night. Such a memorable night with lots of dancing and good people. 

My goal with this set was to play a wide variety of funky dance music, starting slow, working up the tempo to house music by the second half. This set to me represents the eclectic unique beautiful nature of Green Door. It was an honor to play in that space, a space that provides so much inspiration. I played many shades of dance music to represent the many shades of artistic creativity that shine at Green Door. Keep it funky! Support local artists! Dance!
