A nebula is a giant cloud of dust and gas in space. Some nebulae (more than one nebula) come from the gas and dust thrown out by the explosion of a dying star, such as a supernova. Other nebulae are regions where new stars are beginning to form.

The mountains of British Columbia provided the perfect backdrop for me to finally bust out a breaks set for a live crowd. After a sunny day of shredding the slopes, this collection of saucy tunes had tired legs dancing. Enjoy! 🛸

6 Years of RunniT feat Phibes & Circadian [SEAGLASS] 04.05.2024

SEAGLASS, is an international, multi-genre DJ, based out of Edmonton, AB, CANADA with East coast influences being originally from Halifax, NS. She was taught the craft by her brother at the beginning of the pandemic and took to it quickly with a real zeal and passion for music. In just a few months she became a Twitch affiliate, and is now a DJ phenom, making a real name for herself as an artist.
 
SEAGLASS and her partner Thomas Culture founded Sea Monster Studios in 2022, an entertainment business with a focus on their brands of art, music, entertainment and design. She is also actively involved with multiple collectives including NAB DNB, Runnit Productions and DNB Girls of Canada, to name a few. She became associate partner with Phreak Recordings after her first Breaks performance on one of their Artist Spotlight Sessions and was featured on Global Breaks Festival’s Center Stage. 
 
Her unique style and captivating flair has caught the attention of many, including a monthly podcast “Night Sirens”, based out of Vienna, Austria which resulted in landing the #17 spot on the global Jump Up Drum and Bass chart on Mixcloud. 

Having performed at Western Canadian festivals VIBES, Friendzy Fest, and Bass Camp for her first ever festival season, she also lit up stages across Canada opening for legendary artists Nicky Blackmarket, A.M.C, Kytami, PHIBES, Euphonique, Jordan Suckley, Mark Sixma, Blossom, Reuben & The Dark, and the Backstreet Boys. 

In October 2022, she developed a creative concept and successfully launched her own streaming series “SEAGLASS and Friends”, showcasing local artists within her own community by providing them with a virtual stage to share their passion for electronic music.

For her second event and festival season, SEAGLASS performed at Downtown Spark Festival, NextFest Arts Festival, Rinse & Roar, Shambhala Music Festival for the “DnB Girls of Canada Takeover”, VIBES Music Festival, and Bass Camp.  

Performing in person, online, or behind the scenes - SEAGLASS continues making some major waves in the Arts, Music and Entertainment industry today.
