Recording a mix at home is a struggle for me. No beautiful dancers, no lights and no energy exchange can be a hindrance. I’m so thankful this moment was captured live to share with all of you. One deficit all artists have is developing their craft in front of the public eye (and ears). Being a recovering perfectionist also adds to the struggle. Everything you do is analyzed and judged. With a live mix there’s no take 2 and no do-overs. You’re completely naked and vulnerable. I’m slowly learning to welcome the flaws in the things I create and embrace the process.
I hope this set stirs something  inside of you as it did with me when it was recorded. It’s full of all of my favorite things in music and I hope it finds you tapping your foot or shaking your backside.

March FEVER was also special because for the first time we partnered with local artist, Ron Abram for the ad design and now mix cover art. The illustration shown is entitled Detail, Wrangler Series of Etchings, 2023. You’ll be seeing more of Ron’s work with future collabs. Until then follow him on IG @abramgrafiks.

Mexico City [sic] club residents Priest and Tommy Hart join forces asthe Sex Shop Boys. Mixing and matching their respective influences and backgrounds, their style adds an unexpected twist to the classic house sound, resulting in a whole greater than the sum of its parts. Expect a fusion of Latin and NYC club music, with an extra sprinkling of contemporary rave tracks that fill up any room, big or small.
