Here is another collection showcasing some of my favourite deep house percy's both old, new, and recently acquired - played by (and made in some cases) by the likes of Inland Knights, DiY (Digs & Woosh) & Smokescreen to name just a few.

SJ's Vault - Underground House Mix 002 - 1st January 2022

The legendary Smokescreen Sound System, starting in Sheffield in the early 90's,  took to the roads travelling to Derby, for a special warm-up event at Bustler Market's "Chocolate Factory" Warehouse (hold tight Dave Brooks for organising x)

Wireless - Derby's very own Free Party Sound System (est. 2001) -  also accompanied, dishing out some of the finest underground house clouters we have to offer.

Wireless Soundsystem bundled the kamikaze rig once again at a nice tucked away site just off the A50 roundabout. 
This is the second time we've frequented this site, slightly different location than previous, and surely wont be the last. #keepthefaith

A legend in his own right. Rave FM Veteran and Wireless main member... the big bad Karl D2 stepped up on the decks at our last party and certainly delivered. Expected nothing less.

A 22 year old Deep Underground House specialist representing Nottingham’s CERTi Records & Derby’s Wireless Free Party Soundsystem. 

Being born and raised in the underground house free party scene of the early 2000’s - which is still going! - has had a major musical influence since infancy years; attending parties before he could even walk. Nothings changed, and as of 2023 Wireless still continue to bang out parties in and around the areas surrounding Derby and Nottingham. 

“improving your countryside since 2001” - some motto that is 🙂

This cultural exposure and extensive underground knowledge has led to a multitude of musical ventures, most notable (and most proud of) is supporting the legendary and infamous Smokescreen Soundsystem as part of their 30th Birthday Tour (Chocolate Factory & MFN Camp Out)

Being part of the widely diverse CERTi Records, hailing from Nottingham, certainly has profoundly enchanted his musical endeavours, contributing to numerous lineups and charity events hosted by, and including, CERTi.

“Any Genre, Any Vibe” pulsates through the veins of CERTi, with a multitude of individuals - male, female, DJ’s, hosts, flickers, and Groovers - coming together to create an atmosphere to remember. Inclusivity, love, respect, and a connected obsession with music has created a tight knit group of likeminded souls.
