The EP born inspired from nights of pleasure and wine, amidst so sexy vocals and progressive melodies, which are combined with a solid Tech House base, achieving pleasant and dynamic variations.

In the 3 tracks of this EP, you can feel the subtlety, the color and the movement that results from combining FXS and melodies, pursuing a rhythm that doesn't cease to be versatile, while maintaining a strong and accelerated groove, offering everything that the dance floor requires.

Premiere: TEX - Of It [Savia Park]

We are happy to be able to announce our 4th anniversary mix with a great guest, one of the country's longest-running artists and owner of the legendary Savia Park label. Slurm joins the platform with an eclectic, fresh and powerful mix, he has made a podcast of almost an hour and a half in which he exposes the best of his techno repertoire. This dj set has been made especially for our listeners for this special occasion.

Joshua Gutiérrez, better known as Slurm discovered his love for electronic music while he was studying in San José, Costa Rica, frequently visited the Vertigo Club and it was here where he decided to dedicate himself to House Techno Music, returning to his native Guayaquil. Soon, he was invited to be part of Lost Beach Club, from the beginning, being part of his team and staying as a resident for 7 years, warming up the dance floor to countless DJs like Jamie Jones, Tale Of Us, Steve Bug, Layo & Bushwacka!, Damian Lazarus, Patrick Topping, Mr C., Oxia, Audiojack, Tiefschwarz, Francesca Lombardo, DJ Tennis, Wolf + Lamb, among others. 
All this while he was doing sporadic events in the city and organizing his festivals Nature Beats. In 2013, After his production studies in Argentina, he created his record label called "Savia Park", which now has more than 38 EPs, which include the best producers in Ecuador and a top selection of artists from Latin America, seeking musical integration & connection in the continent, having the vision that from this side of the world good things can be achieved. He is a man involved in music, in his mixes we can feel all his selections intensely, which leaves many people marked, dancing in a club, in festivals, in the dawn or in the evening. Slurm has a compilation of everything within the line of House and even the most groovy techno which, together, go through a variety of emotions, fresh and dynamic sound, being always updated with the latest releases and promotional hits. 
His sessions led him to perform in various countries and clubs, such as La Buat Panama, Baum Colombia, D-Edge Brazil, Bizarro Peru, among others locations, such as Seattle (USA), El Salvador, Nicaragua, Bolivia, Guatemala, Honduras, Paraguay and also took part of the BPM Festival in 2017 in Mexico, Ocaso Festival in Costa Rica 2018 and 2019, Full Moon Nicaragua and Electronic Art Festival in Barranquilla.

Slurm belongs to an intuitive and analytical class of artist, always on the cutting edge, whose main impulse is to anticipate the mood, desires and character of the audience. Full of passion and drive, Slurm's taste allows him to play in different genres, but also to transcend them. Releases, promos, compilations from his label Savia Park, a robust collection of previous music, and the tracks Slurm produces; all combine to provide an experience where the artist's concentration is definitive in developing the mix to its fullest powers, and taking it to its ultimate consequences.

He is a person made and nurtured by music. In his mixes we live intensely his selection; that leaves many marked, dancing in a club, in festivals, at dawn or at dusk, Slurm has a compilation of everything, within the line of house and even the most groovy techno that, united, travel through a variety of emotions; fresh and dynamic sounds always updated with the latest releases and promos. Slurm, Raul Garcia - Try Again [Hermine Records 35]

'Whimsical Goth', a tripartite EP, presents an upbeat and playful release, with hypnotic techno loops, and metallic overtones, characteristic of Dierot's pioneering sound.

'Darkest Hour', the first track, is an overwhelming experience in which the audience is immersed in a pulsating rhythm, haunting them with a phantasmagoria of avant-garde techno. The second track, 'Whimsical Goth', a declaration of Dierot's principles, starring capriciousness and rhythm without rest, no silences, tending towards a trance rather than hypnotism; melodic tracks of intense sound patterns.

Next up is Steve Bug’s epic Chordwalk Empire, which gets three new treatments as a part of the remix competition to celebrate the label's 20 years.

Like the other two releases carefully handpicked by the artist of the orginal track from hundreds of entries, the standard remains incredibly high and each track is more than worthy of this official release.

The first remix comes from Theobald Ringer - a techno producer from Brest in northern France. His deep rework is a heavy hitter - full of energy and drive, yet maintaining a sense of melancholy and emotion that shine through.

Facundo Sosa is behind the 2nd remix here. The producer from Buenos Aires, Argentina takes things yet deeper with a classy, slick version that adds a spacy, cosmic layer to the track.

Finally, Esteban Howell shares his El Bicho Remix, representing the underground electronic scene of Central America. Howell provides a rework featuring a thick, rolling bassline, and crisp percussion to support the shimmering synths - while also adding a welcome balearic house feel.
