I actually found out VGR, Hyper Potions and James Landino were playing at Kami *after* this show was scheduled, making one of a few instances of an afterparty pre-dating the main show. Got to to meet them Sunday, unplanned, completely worn out from this show, borderline nonverbal. Embarrassed myself, lost a water bottle but got them to sign my fan n.n

Original concept for set was "Oops! All local sub bass doubles!" but I had some sidequests to complete while I was on the MURDA ONE SOUND SYSTEM that I literally have dreams about sometimes

Wanted to verify the progress I've made this year since I've finally allowed myself time alone with the tables and the tracks like you're supposed to. Been practicing doing doubles that aren't garbage! Can you tell? Almost there :D Also a few tracks I just really wanted to hear on the beeg speaker AND a lot of them have local ties or ties to me which are local ties right hush this is the set and I like it 

"Extended" because I had to cut some tracks and added those back in but then decided to cut other tracks so it's 2 minutes longer lol

What else.. oh yea I decided to go with first try without warmup to simulate going straight to Fat Stack after work and not re-do it bc of minor errors I'll no doubt agonize over forever but yea this is authentically me playing a set
I miss the knobs and buttons on fancyboi table though :( that's a good sign right

I'mma be busy flyering and working on my Awakenus set where I GET TO OPEN FOR LYKWID AGAIN ARE YOU KIDDING ME AAAAAAA and not just by chance at an open deck (which I'm still giddy from)

Someone unplugged the CDJ link before my set? Maybe previous DJ unplugging their stuff... so I rushed to plug backup flash into CDJ 2 and couldn't record it live, wasn't my fault this time :D! I didn't *just* forget to record! :D!

s/o @alexafloe she recorded her set that night and it was her finest yet. I'm so proud of her, she got so good so fast and also SHE'S A REAL SCIENTIST WHO WORKS ON BRAIN SCIENCE

Plus I'm proud I was ready and able to play a set with pretty tight in/out points at some parts by ear without the "panic sync" to fall back on and had to follow my heart and made zero major errors all set aaaaa probably my best live set so far anyway here's the home recording lol
