Yo what's up friends so this mix was inspired by a new yoga class that I'm taking. The teach asked me if I had any yoga music so I put together a combo of the vibe she had going in her class and funked it up with some rhythmic deep house and came up with this mix. It starts off really slow then starts to build. I get tribal and deep and a bit more fast pace once your in the middle of the yoga routine and your body is nice and hot, energizing you to  move swiftly and deeper into the positions . The songs have positive messages to instill in your mind to keep your day going in a positive direction. Namaste
