Deep Sunday on the Patio - Gabriel & Dresden Support Set

Live recording of my 4 hour set at my theme camp "I Need An Adult" from the muddy Saturday night at Burning Man 2023 in the Nevada desert. Usually it would have been the night when the Man burned, but mother nature had other plans for us all.

More than half the buttons on these playa dust-ridden decks weren't working at this point (play, cue, hot cues), so I had to improvise and learn a new style of mixing (using auto play, loops, and vinyl mode) for this whole set. Standing on a sticky and sinking playa surface wearing socks and garbage bags as makeshift shoes (aka the new Yeezys), people couldn't go too far from their camps so many decided to get cosy with their neighbourhood camps for a Saturday night boogie!

Tracks are a journey of melodic and vocal numbers which I have been enjoying listening to for the past few years. 

This set is my musical heart and soul! RADIATOR!

Always my favorite set of the year, this year's set from the 18th annual Friends and Family Summer Campout, keeps that tradition well alive. I played later than usual, starting at 4:00 am, so the track selections are just a tad deeper and tweakier, in the techno vein, but with a few fun house trax thrown in cos, er, I like house! Turn it up and shake yer ass!

So Tired by name but not by nature! Her infectious energy and sensational tune selection is sure to keep everyone dancing no matter the time of day or night. Kicking off her career in 2018, she's played for the likes of Habitat, Concept, Dystopia, Above all Else, Geisha Bar, on the main stage at Blossom Festival and at Blazing Swan camps such as God Says No, Treetops and Funkazba. She has been on the line up with some amazing interstate and international acts such as Motez, Just Her, Westend, Sasha, Eelke Kleijn and has handed over to Trancewax and The Sponges. She’s passionate about all spectrums of house and techno.
