Started cooking up this mix in 2019 after I was asked to provide a "breaks break" for camp UGS Lucidity 2020, after a hiatus of 7 years. Almost 2 years later I got the chance to put it all together for a set at the beach for Medium on 8/15/21. Featuring heavily the sounds of some of my breaks heroes dj Icey, dj Fixx, Deekline and Huda Hudia as well as some new favorites Si-Dog and Yo Speed. Rugged basslines threaded throughout juxtaposing with my favorite vocal styles masculine and feminine. Always leaning into the classic sounds from 90s underground.
