A Disc Jockey (also known as DJ or deejay) is a person who selects and plays recorded music for an audience. Originally, disk referred to phonograph records, while disc referred to the Compact Disc, and has become the more common spelling. Today, the term includes all forms of music playback, no matter the source.


In kinematics, the SPEED of an object is the magnitude of its instantaneous velocity (the rate of change of its position); it is thus the scalar equivalent of velocity. The average speed of an object in an interval of time is the distance traveled by the object divided by the duration of the interval; the instantaneous speed is the limit of the average speed as the duration of the time interval approaches zero.


Put the 2 together and u get DJ SPEED. Born and raised in hawaii and currently resident in beautiful viva LAS VEGAS. I am notorious for SPEEDing up my songs to create a hyped up effect to create a more stimulating club like atmosphere. There are many types of DJ's and i would consider myself a CLUB DJ. Being as that i used to DJ in clubs and had residency at various places my preferred choice is to be so. Do i scratch? sure i do. Do i play house? got that to.
