Wow! That was something else! Right up there with some of best moments I’ve enjoyed behind the decks over the years. Almost two decades on from first setting foot in the The Emporium to have to opportunity to close out what was an incredible Trancecoda event on that main stage can only be described as the stuff dreams are made of, a huge honor and privilege, and a gig I certainly won’t forget in a hurry. A huge thank you to Adam Jukes and the rest of the Trancecoda team for this opportunity and for making dreams happen, and a huge thank you to everyone who stayed for my set and gave it everything right until the last beat, you lot were incredible 😍 This one is going to take a while to sink in!

Amazing day/night at CDN Presents Daze. So much love and respect for the team behind it. We have known each other as friends for over 20 years, and it’s great to see their brand do so well with a packed out venue, especially in these times.

Was awesome to see so many old friends and faces from the good auld days. Absolutely love my home crowd and you never let me down. 

This was a special set containing tunes that encapsulated all the great times we have had DJing, and at events since we have known each other. 

Huge thanks to Stewart Green, Simon Sanders & Christopher Mcgovern for looking after me so well, and for smashing it out the park. You can tell when DJs geniunely love what they do, it shines though. 

Highly recommend you check this event out when you get the chance.

MOUNT RUSHMORE - TELL ME (INFRARED REMIX) [FREE D/L]

Mark Tate aka DJ Spuddy, I hit the decks DJing around the age of 12 years old DJing on old hifi record players from Sony/Hitachi to Technics SL B2’s to SL-1500 Belt drive decks, and collected vinyl records ever since.


My preferred audio taste is electronic & techno music from styles such as Hardcore (Dutch/UK), Bouncy Techno, German Trance, Happy Hardcore, Italian Dance / Makina, Gabba,and all aspects of Trance music. I've Been Pretty much driven by the sounds of the Powerhouse, venue , Colosseum and After Dark tapes in which I collected and grew up listening to.

In the year of 1999 I became in love with Trance music and bought my very first trance vinyl - system F - Out of the blue - from then on I became in love with it, my spectrum become more energetic with a hybrid fusion of progressive Trance, Hard & Banging Trance, Hardstyle and Hard House. Massive love of Gatecrasher, Goodgreef, Cream, Rong, ASOT etc etc.

Something about me is I am picky when it comes to a tune and only follow the sounds that penetrate deeper than my ears. My mixing sound and mixing styles developed from practise and practise, and still to this day still developing, my dimensions and my smooth precision on mixing is coming on.

My First break was spent playing clubland for many years at a major local night club & Dj'd alongside local hard-hitters and national acts alike, playing those tracks that get you tapping your feet and nodding your head without you realising it.

forward 2020 brought colosseum reunion, reminiscing the old skool back to people’s minds, basically i took it to a new level, then I started up limitless - trance gathering which is going from strength to strength, quite a few successful events in, support from other brands, we look forward to the future.
