One from the vaults ....... circa 2004 or 2005. I’m not too sure on that.

This is one of my favourite mixes from the last 10 years, predominately because it marks a time where my interest in hard house and hard trance had finally started to shift.  Part of the reason why the BPM is amped up to around 135 ...... I had been playing at 150 – 155BPM, so for me at the time this was a “relaxed” tempo.  WTF. 

For me, this was the sound that was paving the way for an Electro House revolution.  This is one of the first mixes that I had recorded to CD, none of that fannying about with a minidisc player and then going to the local record shop to ask the guy there to knock up a CD track markings for an extortionate price.  Yeah, I did that.  

This mix has never before been available online, only a few copies have existed on CD up until now so it gives me enormous pleasure to make it available to listen and download.

Mixed purely on vinyl (believe me, after mixing on Traktor for a few years it would take a lot of practice for me to get this tight again) it features tracks from Stanton Warriors, James Zabiela, Jesse Rose, Etienne de Crecy, Ferry Corsten, Steve Agnello and Tom Neville.
