Here's a track I wanted to write in 2018 but I struggled to make it sound how I wanted.  I finally got there, 4 years later.

This track was inspired by a guitarist by the name of Mosè whom I met as he was playing the most beautiful guitar on the street in my neighborhood.  I'm so glad to finally be able to share this with the world

And suddenly I had a track.  This isn't finished per se, but is actually a recording of a live performance of some pieces that I assembled last night.   This little guy is a bit rough around the edges, but I'm happy to have something new to share, for the first time in ages.

I was half-asleep when this scene came on randomly and I heard the sample that made me jump up and write this track immediately.  That was over a year ago, and I never got around to sharing it until now.  I wanted to capture the feeling of hypnagogia, that feeling when you're almost asleep but not quite and sounds and colours swirl around you.

This track happened totally by accident.  It began life at 145bpm, but about 2/3rds of the way through I realized that it sounds WAY better slow and grimey like this.   I hope you agree.

Neurogenesis and Zen Zero - Psycho Fraculator

Here's a different sound.  Guy Fox asked Neurogenesis and I to help him create an electronic piece for his graduation recital.  We recorded some him playing live high hat and vibraphone, and he wrote the main hook.  Then neurogenesis layed down some structure and glitchy bits, and finally Guy Fox and I worked together on the bassline.  A challenging process, unlike any I've ever been involved with.  I'm sure you'll enjoy the result.

HPK Resurrection

This is my first official remix.  Many thanks to thisissami for giving me this opportunity.  I'm very happy with how this project turned out.  I encourage everybody to check out the original track that he wrote:

Probably my favourite part of this remix is my addition of bird song effects.  The spooky space creaks you hear are from an Australian Little Wattle Bird, slowed down, quantized and repitched with filtre, delay and reverb.  :)

I've done my best to master this track myself, but I think I'm going to need to do a bit more work if I ever get a crack at a proper studio setup.

Thisissami - HBSM (Zen Zero Remix)

I'm pretty pleased with this one evening track.  Hopefully it is the start of a new era for Zen Zero.

My apologies if the levels and/or EQ is off, this was conceived, created, mixed and finished in headphones.  I'm certain that it will need polish.

Zen Zero - Accidental Epic

This is a track that I started during the Producer's Forum Challenge a few weeks ago.  I lay the groundwork for this track in about 20 minutes at the end of the challenge.  

Thank you to Neurogenesis for helping me massage the levels, bass and EQ and giving the track some polish.  And thanks to Cannabanoid for some suggestions about the structure.
