Passage Gathering is a boutique music festival held deep in the Alabama woods each Fall. It has become a cherished event for those who attend, myself included. It's a family reunion, a place for radical self-expression, a unique camping experience, and a showcase of top-notch DJs all in one.

This year, I was asked to close the main stage on night one. I knew I wanted to take the sounds into soaring melodic places by the end of the night to start the weekend on a high note, but not without giving an early nod to the darker, tribal vibes the deep woods demands. 

I was unsure whether the minimal/funky house heads in attendance would go along with me for this ride, but could not have been more happy (and relieved) with the overwhelmingly positive reception. The power and versatility of progressive house got to shine that night, and I'm grateful I had the opportunity to share this music, and the moment, with everyone there.
