A little mix I did a while back with some of my favorite music currently, along with a few of my own tunes. There's a little bit of everything in this one ranging from feels to nasty bass. Hope you guys enjoy

Love & Bass Vol. I

I made this track in the beginning of 2020 during COVID, back when they thought it would be a few weeks of shut downs. I had it into the mixdown phase but as time went on I got frustrated with getting it sounding right and just gave up, despite it being what I consider to be the best piece of music I've made so far. I for the most part stepped away from making music during COVID as I just didn't feel inspired. Fast forward to 2022 and my girlifriend and myself decided to start Cineclipse,  a media company with the intention and goal of showing the beauty we see in this world through photography and ariel videography. After shooting most of the fall with our drone and her camera I made this video with no audio and as just a random thought dropped the rough mix of the track on it and immediately knew it was a fit. This began a year long journey to finish both the track and the video to make them good enough to put out into the world. 

If you read all this I thank you, I know it was a lot but I wanted to tell the story of this one as it has brought me back into feeling inspired to begin making music again and to create more videos to go with the music, both of which feed my very soul.

My opening set from Retrograde Rodeo aka Turkey Boogie 2022. Was such a privilege to get to play this event only one year after even knowing of it's existence. It is truly one of the most incredible and unique events I have ever been to let alone worked at. It has had a profound impact on my life both times I've been and I truly cannot wait for the next one.

Noise For Toys 2021

Music and our connection to it never cease to amaze me. This set just poured out at an event I played at and I couldn't help but feel like it was such a heartbreaking soul crushed kinda vibe, the very next I felt those things so immensely it brought me to the floor. When I listened back to this mix in the midst of those feelings the connection was beyond palpable and it was as if the heart knew long before the mind. 

This one hits deep and hard, and yet there is silver in the darkness of it all. I feel for the first time in a long while my connection to music that tells a story and hits you deep in your heart and soul is back in my reach and I can feel the connection again that has been lost to me for some time.

A Strange Trip Vol. 2

My set from Element 11 this past summer. This was a completely unplanned set as we had just gone to provide sound for the Sophista Pirates Camp at E11. However on setup day we got the chance and ran with it! It ended up being one of my most favorite times playing music ever and it reminded me what it's like to connect with people in that way and just be out there in the middle of nowhere with nothing but each other and music. Truly one of the most wonderful experiences I've yet to have in this world.

This one has bit of everything and definitely goes on a journey through vibes, I hope you enjoy as much as the people out in the desert who danced the evening away with us.

This event means the world to me, and after opening for it last year I was secretly hoping to play again but didnt know if it was in the cards this time around. When I got the message asking me to play one of the headline slots this year I literally lost my mind with excitement. I was stressed and nervous beyond belief before the set but it turned into one of the most incredible and magical times I have ever had djing, and I am forever grateful to the Turkey Boogie producers and family for giving me this opportunity to share some of the music I love with their community.

I've been having a bit of rough time in life lately and this is a set that's come from it. It's messy and there's no shortage of errors but I'm a mess and full of errors so it seemed fitting and the feeling is there and that's what matters, also had no shortage of drinks or emotions when recording it so that didn't help either.

Melancholy Music Vol. 1

My opening set for Josh Teed and Starfox at The Animas City Theater in Durango. This was the first time I requested to open for an artist specifically as I fell in love with Josh Teed's music a couple years ago at Gem & Jam. I wanted to and felt confident I could help set the correct tone and vibe for this show and I'm happy to say I feel like I did this pretty good. I'm so happy with how this set turned out and eternally grateful to everyone who came out early and showed so much love and support. Literally had me in tears right before I went on. I kicked things off with two originals and usually I feel like they don't fit the rest of the set but this time it felt right and I think set the vibe for the rest of the set.

My set from The Soundcheck Soiree at SophistaPirates Cove at Element 11 2024. This is truly one of my most favorite sets I've ever recorded. It hits all the vibes I love most in electronic music and the flow of energy through the set is exactly what I would hope it be. 

The SophistaPirates are family and I am so very grateful to them for giving myself and other artists such an incredible space to share art and music with as well as being some of the most authentic and wonderful humans I have ever come across in this world.

My set from Saturday at Cymatika in Hotchkiss, Colorado. This festival holds such a special place in my heart and seeing it grow over the past few years has been a beautiful privilege. The people that throw this event do it solely out of love and that shows through in every facet of the event. This is my second year being invited to play music and its been an absolute pleasure both times.

As I make my through learning production I'm constantly amazed at what sound can do and how it affects people. After about a year I still feel like I know nothing but I can feel the progress being made and I know that's what matters. I dig the vibe of this track as I hope you do to. Here's my set from the main/ Funktion One stage at One Vibration!! This was my first time throwin down on Funktion Ones and holy shit was is it a blast!!!!

This mix took me a while to put together, the past year has been so full of amazing up's and incredible downs. I know it's been the same for many of you, we have lost too many and too much but we've also gained so very much. I tried to capture some of that emotion with this one, I truly hope I succeeded. For those going through hard times remember it's only temporary and you will make it through, to those having good times, hold onto that feeling and remember it when things aren't so bright. You are loved and so very much appreciated in this world.

I had the honor of playing The Black Box on March 8th, 2018 providing direct support for Mesck, on The Green Dragon Hennessey Sound Design rig. Was an incredible night of deep dark vibes and incredible bass. Was different for me to play almost all deeper stuff but it was a blast and I cant wait to do it again. Hope you guys dig the tunes :)

Had so much fun making this tune, it really just kinda took off and did its thing. I've been wanting to get my sound design a bit more on the gurpy side and I feel like it happened with this one. This is the first track I've sent of to have professionally mastered and I will continue to learn mastering but will be sending more out as the difference is mind blowing. As always feedback is greatly appreciated, especially the constructive criticism kind :)

The first electronic music that really got me was vocal dubstep. It was right around 10 years ago and it changed everything for me. This is my first real attempt at something with that kinda vibe and feel, I still have much to learn but I'm pretty happy with how this track came out and can't wait to make more music in this realm as it truly is my favorite still after a decade.

My set from the live stream festival Quarantine on 03/23/20. This was my first time streaming and first online festival and I must say it was a lot of fun, and I cant wait to do it again!!

2020 was such a difficult year for so many reasons, I made this track in April but just couldn't bring myself to finish it no matter how hard I tried. But after many months I have found my drive for music again and I believe it is the right time for this one. I know things have been hard for so many people this year but things will get better and we will all be stronger for having gone through this.

I recorded this mix on the morning after my 30th birthday and really wasn't sure if I was going to post it. It's not a usual mix, I let many tracks play through most of the way and not every transition is as clean as it "should" be. But this isn't meant to be that way, it's supposed to tell a story and in that I feel that it very much did and that perhaps others would hear that or even find their own stories within it.
