The Turn of Desire
The song "Quem Não Quer Sou Eu," performed by Brazilian singer Seu Jorge, addresses the theme of romantic misunderstanding and the reversal of roles in the game of conquest. The lyrics describe the reflection of an individual who spends a sleepless night ruminating on what happened in their relationship. The repetition of the phrase "I did everything, but it was too late" suggests a futile effort to save the relationship, while "you didn't understand" indicates a lack of understanding or appreciation on the part of the other person.
The refrain "I'm the one who doesn't want it" marks a shift in the dynamic between those involved. Initially, the narrator seems to have been the most interested in the relationship, but after realizing the other's fear of delving deeper into their feelings, he decides that he's the one who no longer wants it. This change in attitude can be interpreted as a form of self-esteem and a defense mechanism against rejection.
The song also uses urban metaphors, such as congested traffic and a heart that "seems to beep," to illustrate the narrator's emotional turmoil. Jorge, known for his distinctive voice and style that blends samba, funk, and MPB, conveys through his performance the complexity of human emotions in the face of love and loss.

Depuis sa plus tendre enfance la passion de Toff D est la musique, sa carrière débute en 2002, après ses cours dans un café de la région d’Ath, il anime de nombreuses prestations durant deux années consécutives, il se crée sa première clientèle…

Ensuite il se retrouve engagé  au club << MACKENZIE >> qui change de nom  peu après pour << EXOS CLUB >> avec un style plus ouvert au côté de Dj’s comme Steff Garner, Pat Mackenzie, Dj HS, Kevin Jee, Phiphi, … Et forme son propre nom : Toff D

Puis son parcours le dirige, un an, vers la discothèque « Le Cube » maintenant appelé « LOTUS Club » à Blaton, où il se fait une place de résident les vendredis dans un genre jump, près de Francesco Marra et de XST LIVE (Laurent Mauritz), mais aussi les dimanches après-midi en after… A cette période, il joue auprès d’invité tels que Seb B, Lobotomy Inc, Oxley, Miss Luna et bien d’autres… 
En 2007, Toff D  se retrouve les samedis au « Mosa Club » pendant deux ans. Là,  Il a l’opportunité de côtoyer plusieurs dj’s bien connu ; David Vendetta, Didier Sinclair, Jack De Marseille, Monika Electronika, Marvin Jay, …  Aussi, s’ouvre à lui la chance de participer à la city parade de Mons

Son chemin continue, de 2009 à mars  2012,  à la Bush « Temple of House » dans la room 2, ... Au cours de ces  années, il preste ainsi quelques guest,...dont au « Nice Club » « Bliss Club » « H2O Club » « Mar5 » « IXXEL » « THE SOUND OF BELGIUM »,...
Et à l’honneur d’être le temps de soirées auprès de FRED BAKER, DAVE LAMBERT, ZOLEX, OLIVIER PIETERS, JULIAN JEWEIL, GREEN VELVET, …
