Halloween MIni MIX - DJ Tom Platt

Like many Djs I started in my bedroom on a set of belt drive turntables, spinning mostly 90s HipHop/RnB and wanting to be a DMC Champion. 
After a year or two I was introduced to House Music and instantly caught the bug! I started on the Manchester circuit at the age of 18 playing Funky House/Disco in a number of bars.
During the first few years of my career I was lucky enough to get invited to play at a number of events, from international brands such as Kissdafunk & Electric Playground to a number of Manchester’s most infamous underground events.
Over the past 5years I’ve played at countless clubs across Manchester personal highlights have included my residencies at Area51, Spirit and most recently Avici White. 
For me at the moment it’s all about house, Funky and Progress big room beats with plenty of vocals, I enjoy a good mash up and cutting up vocals live in the mix and not taking myself to seriously.
