The closing set from Tony English for Club Azuli (Azuli Records) of the notorious London nightclub, The Cross. Taking over not only the whole club but Tony was stationed outside alongside Danny Rampling & David Piccioni taking over the whole courtyard providing that infectious Azuli sound from the arches. 

Tony providing the main Azuli silver sound for this 3 year residency whilst David took care of Azuli black. 

This lost recorded mix by the engineer of an extremely emotional party... a set that was scheduled for 2.5 hours but ended up being 7 hours. Here is the first 3 hours, allow for some errors as a very pissed My English....

Welcome to ep07 of the Deephouse series.

Deep house as a subgenre of house music is pretty massive. It is said to originate in the 1980's from Chicago. Generally when we talk of deep house, you woulld expect the bpm to be between 120 & 130. With the Deephouse series, I am hoping to show the different takes on this with the different mixtapes from the select guests in the UK & across the globe.

And now as promised, the 2nd instalment from Zach Burns.  Last month I mentioned this would be a liittle personal to me. It has been amazing to see him go from strength to strength but the one thing that has stayed is his passion and love for the house.  Now as I did say the Deephouse series is all about showing the different sounds of deep house as we know it and Zach Burns does just that with his infusion of the deeper rather than just deep with tech and tribal house influences, almost verging near the end to deep techno and yet when you are listening the bpm stays around the 124 mark.  Love it, enjoy it!
