DJ OLATUNJI or Tunji (nee Sean Josiah) is a first generation American DJ of Guyanese decent. 

From early on, Tunji has always been inspired by different styles of music. While pursuing studies in Radio, TV and Film and Architecture at the University of Maryland, Tunji’s passion for djing and mixing evolved so much so that late night DJ sessions quickly turned Tunji from the being a resident house party dj to an audio engineer for WHUR and WPGC creating exclusive mixes for each station respectively and serving as a producer, performer and studio engineer with rapper Doug Lazy.

As a producer Tunji crafted soundscapes alongside fellow producer IN Sync as part of the duo InSync and InRhythm, eventually Tunji struck out on his own and crafted the theme song for WEAA 88.9s’ top rated show Strictly Hip Hop.

After many years Djing and performing throughout the Washington Area, Tunji decided to reinvent himself as an entrepreneur and software engineer by starting his own business S2Net in Miami, Florida. 8 years later the dj in him resurfaced and once again he fell back into manipulating rhythms to create fearless and bold mixes. Seamlessly blending genres combining international hits with salsa, pop, urban, lounge, reggae and hip hop.
“I listen to a variety of music so its only natural my mixes represent that. 

“Tunji cites DJs Grandmaster Flash, Jazzy Jeff and Khaled as some of his inspirations.
